We were referred by Guardian Restoration to Ajax Business Interiors who purchase from them frequently. So I took a drive up there and looked around. The variety and options were plenty! Every single person I came in contact with was MORE than helpful finding me the type, color and price range of desk I wanted. They were genuinely cheerful, playful and energetic and totally cared about helping. Some places would just try to sell you anything not really caring about making you happy. We looked a several that were so close that I almost purchased one and then the warehouse man came out and said he has one way in the back that sounds like what im looking for. BINGO! It was perfect. Super friendly, extremely accommodating. I made the purchase and planned to pick it up the next day. The next day was Friday and was raining, so I called to see if I could have delivered Monday. Unfortunately they were booked up for that week. Tuesday rolls around and I receive a call that they are able to deliver in 30 minutes if Id like. Absolutely! Two men delivered, set it up, made sure everything worked and even touched up the blemishes with their nifty wood pen/crayon...looked beautiful. (it is a used desk) They were very polite, professional and accommodating. Excellent service by all!! It is rare to receive that level of quality care. Thank you Ajax. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! After driving over an hour to get there through traffic, we were in the building 15 minutes before closing, and we were planning on making a purchase that day. The OWNER was HORRIBLE. He clearly didnt want to make a sale or make a customer happy... At 10 minutes till closing, he said, "You need to make a decision because we are closing, and I cant have my people stay past 5." Of which, we told him we didnt need help to load the desk we could manage on our own, and that if he could stay open 5 minutes extra, we would buy the desk. He refused. Literally every minute closer to 5, he announced we need to make a decision because they were closing now. It was 4:58. He made rude comments that hes not "a magician" to magically have the stock we wanted. Not to mention, the furniture wasnt even that decent in quality. SO GLAD WE MADE AN EVEN LARGER PURCHASE THE NEXT DAY ELSEWHERE.
I have been dealing with Ajax for at least 20 years. They are the best by far, both reasonable and customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend Ajax for all your business interior needs. I watched them grow from a small corner store to a giant warehouse with a beautiful showroom. You dont grow like that because you are just another store. I will never shop anywhere else, I dont even bother getting quotes from other vendors anymore..........every time I do the price is higher for lower quality equipment! Terry S.
Great service! Great Products! Mark and his crew were beyond helpful at finding the furniture that fit our needs and at a great price too. Not only did we get all the furniture we needed for our offices but they delivered, installed, and ensured everything worked smoothly. The staff is very friendly and understanding of our needs. We have made several purchases through Ajax and have been fully satisfied every time. I would suggest this company over any other for your office needs.
Excellent customer service and quality of furniture and partitions. I decided to go with partitions over the expense of built out walls for the price and the convenience of owning the walls. I could sell the partitions if I ever decide to relocate or take them with me to any new location. No need for construction permits etc. On time delivery and installation and great hands on customer service and knowledge. I recommend them for all your furniture and partitions needs.

I was very unpleased with this company. I walked in and asked about desks that he had and was told. No you dont want that its too expensive. I felt like saying excuse me. You dont know me and you dont know what I can afford which was not an option I just wanted a desk that would best fit my needs. He was very rude and obviously did not want to sell anything he had.
My experience with Ajax is top notch. The staff that delivered and set up the furniture were professional and everything went smoothly. Lori and Kevin are excellent to deal with. Kevin redrew the plans without a problem and Lori setup delivery and the guys showed up right on time. I will continue to use Ajax on all my renovations. GREAT PEOPLE
