On November 2nd my fiancé and I decided to buy an Epic White Complete Sectional for our new home. We decided to pick it up on Wednesday and after just a few short days, we realized that we may encounter some issues with the piece rapidly wearing moving forward into the near future. I called Customer Service the following Sunday and was informed it wouldnt be a problem to exchange the item. Upon arriving at the store on November 9th, 2014; I was introduced to Mr. Jeremy Tigwell. From that point on, I have nothing but rave reviews for American Signature Furniture. Not only did Jeremy offer me a complete refund on the distressed merchandise, he also offered suggestions and alternatives. He walked the length of the store and gave us some insight and info that made our next buying decision an easy one. He even went as far as to sit down with my fiancé and I to educate us about the materials and build quality on a few of their pieces. He also helped take a few a measurements as well to make sure it accommodated the space in our home! The reason why this visit stands apart from my previous furniture buying experiences in the past is because Jeremy went above and beyond his managerial duties and treated us with utmost respect and professionalism. He gave us options and solutions - And didnt just treat us as a number after the point of sale. I also run a retail business up the street from American Signature Furniture and little does Mr. Tigwell know that those same courteous attributes he displayed are the ones I try to convey to my Salespeople and Staff. This is a template for doing great business. I highly recommend this store for anyone who is in the market for furniture not just because of the great prices, but more importantly, because of the Excellent Customer Service I was treated with by Mr. Jeremy Tigwell and his sales staff. STAY AWAY-WARRANTY IS USELESS - BETTER TO BURN YOUR MONEY *************************************************************************************************** THIS IS A CUSTOMERS DESPERATE ATTEMPT TO GET WARRANTY SERVICE *************************************************************************************************** I have been waiting 4 months to get my recliner fixed. I have been told by the manager in charge of ordering parts (who never called me back) that the part is ordered from China and takes at least 8 weeks (all that I need is a small motor). Here we are 4 months later and I am still waiting. If ANYONE who works at this store or company cares, you can call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx. No joke, this is how bad service is. I have to post a review and pray that I get help. So far I have made at least 5 phone calls, spoken to the manager, was told that I would get a call back a month ago with the status of the part that they ordered from China..... Now I have sent an email to the corporate help desk. I pray that this will resolve the issue. I will update this post once I get a response back. Today is 10/2/15. *************************************************************************************************** Received a callback and today (10/8/15) the couch was fixed. After tons of calls, I had to use social media to solve the issue. I would still avoid this store like the plague. The reason I was told the repair took so long is because the part was coming from China. The part clearly took the scenic route to get here.

On 1/30/09 I purchased an Office Swivel Chair from the Vineyard Manor Collection for $ 299.00 plus tax. This chair started loosing the bearings of the caster wheels from day one. By March I realized it was a serious problem getting worse so I requested a replacement/repair under warranty since it was obviously a manufacturer defect. It took nearly 3 months just to send someone to look at the chair. They finally came on June 3, 2009 and concluded it was in fact a manufacturer defect. It took them 2 more weeks just to order the parts. Today 8/2/09 theyre telling me its going to take 12 weeks for the parts to arrive. Then they have to schedule a visit to repair the chair. Ive been extremely patient with American Signature Furniture giving them time to fix this problem. Now the chair is starting to loose the wheels and it has become useless. With a few more months till they resolve this issue Im now forced to buy a new chair. I need a chair in my studio for work. This is certainly not the way to treat a customer that purchased seven thousand dollars of furniture. It also speaks of the poor quality of their products. The design of the caster wheels is the problem; so Im afraid even when they finally replace them, it will only take a couple of months for the problem to come back. By then Ill be out of warranty. I like the chair because it matches the Vineyard Collection office I purchased from them, but at this point I simply prefer to return this poorly designed chair and buy another elsewhere.

Horrible customer service! Bought a living set and extended warranty. The cable to our recliner broke called the store and told us that its not covered. Imagine how upset I was especially since I spent the extra money on the extended warranty. Went into the store about 8 months later to look at couches and sales guy is telling me how wonderful their product is an how they stand behind it. I told them my experience and he was great enough to look up my furniture and sure enough it was under warranty. Made a service appt which could only be Wed or Fridays. Chose Wed and waited a week. Nobody showed up and I called the store. They then advise me they made a mistake and that their store doesnt service our area. I asked why nobody called. Their excuse was that it fell through the "cracks". Made another appt with their store in Daytona. Told them Im not missing work again and that they need to be there before 11am. I need to be the first customer since there was only 3 service calls that day. You guessed it, nobody showed up before 11 and once again I had to call them to find out what was going on. Go somewhere else where you are appreciated. These folks need to pull a team meeting and get their acts together and get on the same page. Im sure the response will be we are SORRY, and Ill bet Ill see more negative reviews on about this company for customer service. Under promise and over deliver and not the other way around .

DONT SHOP WITH AMERICAN SIGNATURE!!! My shopping experience with this janky conpany: From the beginning (having to wait 6 weeks for furniture the company had listed on the website as being available) to the middle (the local Altamonte Springs store that was responsible for the delivery calling me 3 days before my original delivery to advise me they will only be delivering the 2 tables and totally failed to advise my the sectional was on back order for a later date) to the end (when the store called me to advise me that they no longer had my table and will not have it until late June. My guess they sold it to get commission from a sell that was in store) that finally resulted in me canceling the order completely and requesting a full refund. Oh yeah did I mention when I called in April to cancel the order that was placed in February, the rep advised me I will receive a full refund of my $1600 in 3-5 business days and its been literally over a week and still no refund. This company is complete trash! This company has poor business practices and horrible customer service skills. I will NEVER conduct business with this company and will tell friends and family that as well. Ive had issues with you people in the past but this is far the worst experience ever.
