So yeah I went to Bronx Honda on 22nd of July to speak about a problem I had with a recent transaction and some management problems that I had. But wouldnt you know it, no one was in charge apparently. This isnt the first time I stepped in this place and was told that no one is in charge, they tried to ask me what the problem was to help me but failed to produce the manager each time, avoiding to help me with things that only managers can help me with or atleast someone in charge. I came here twice about a car deal, and each time Ive caught some strange activity. I find it funny that when Im talking to the dealerships about a deal, they go to a back room to talk to this Manager whenever I ask to lower the price on certain things, but this manager does not appear when I want to place complaint. But enough about crappy management, lets talk about my experience on trying to buy a car. On July 19th Be very careful, they will swindle you. If the finance manager isnt regularly showing you the prices and numbers on his screen, he is hiding something. I was about to buy a car, until a notice something strange at the Total Cost. In the entire receipt after doing all the math, none of it adds up with the total cost, there was a complete hidden cost that did not print out with the receipt. The total cost wasnt even what we had agreed upon verbally. It turned out they charged me for certification. Whats the deal? Why would you hide such a high charge of almost $2,000? There is no reason to hide this number, there should not be and there is no reason to hide such a number when it comes to your money. The only reason someone would hide such a number, is because theyve gotten away with it before and they dont want you to see it. Be careful, these people are thieves and con-artists and have been talking with people for "years", they have enough experience to say all the right words, at the right time, with the right tone to trick you. This isnt the first time I felt tricked during my experience at Bronx Honda, but this is the easiest one to explain. Once the finance manager realized I caught him in his little scheme, his tone changed and saw that he lost customer, once he felt he lost me, he was very rude and pretty much told me to leave and that hes suddenly too busy. I am not joking, this I will quote. "Well right now I have spent enough time with you as it is, I have a lot of papers to process, so I need you to tell me if your taking the car or not with this price. If your not, then we can speak another day" this occurred at around 1PM, business closes at 8PM on this place. This place is disgusting. Its ok and understandable if a Vending machine eats your dollar from some stupid glitch over a soda. Its NOT ok, when someone to take a Ton of your hard earned cash. I was suspicious thanks to the reviews that were already here, including from other websites and my peers. Thank you everyone that did review and warned me, because of you I came here on my toes and high alert. You shouldnt need to be on high alert when trying to purchase anything, especially not a car but I had the benefit of the doubt. I highly suggest to listen to all the warnings and do not come here. Seeing as Honda lets things like this continue, I dont suggest going to anything Honda related honestly. No one is willing to be in charge, everyone is here to trick you. Thank you for reading, please dont go there. My time was wasted, but atleast my money wasnt, you can save both of them by not going.

I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from this location. They tried to sell it to me without a warranty. They then told me that they had gotten it certified. I took it to my mechanic after purchasing it. He advised me to buy 4 new tires which I did. About a month after purchasing I need an oil change. At some point I had to pay $179 for a belt. A few months after this I began to feel something and hear a noise. I felt unsafe driving. I took it back to the dealer. He had me take it in for service. They had to replace a ball joint and a part for the heat/ac unit that was not working properly. When I got it back I told the sales manager that I felt that the vehicle was hitting hard in the back. He drove it and said that he felt nothing. At this time I had a certified auto body person check out the vehicle. He said that the vehicle has three different colors of black and that the front fender had been replaced. The carfax was clean. The sales manager told me to trust him and that in Feb my payments and equity would balance and that he would be able to get me out of this vehicle and into another vehicle of the same year or better with no down payment and the same monthly payments. He had me come into the dealership, choose a vehicle and test drive it. He said he couldnt give me an answer that day because it was busy. He would call me Mon. I waited patiently. When I called he told me that he was trying to work out a deal. I gave up. Then I tool my vehicle into my mechanic to check the brakes. He was furious. the vehicle has 43, 000 miles. I need new brakes, rotors, struts, shocks and a battery since I have had to get a jump a few times. I tried calling the sales manager with no success. I went into the dealership. The sales manager is no longer there. The new sales manager gave me hope. I was there for hours. I even had to get a jump when I tried to leave. The sales manager took me back into his office. He had a deal. He had me test drive a 2016. After calculations the monthly payment would ONLY be $708 a month. Almost twice my monthly payment. Then he offered me a 2014 vehicle with 11, 000 miles for $500 a month. More than $100 more than my monthly payments now. He took me into the finance man, Shawn, who told me that he could not give me this vehicle for less than the $500/month and that my complaints were just normal wear and tear.I left feeling very disappointed, discouraged and depressed. I went to a dealer because I thought that I would be safer than buying on the street. I feel like a victim. I bought a Honda because other family members have Hondas and rave about them. It is so sad. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!

It is so outrageous, I feel Burlada and deceived. One of its vendors approached me at a center zerega Honda service, told me I could change my car for the same payment or less and year. He had a deep ciivic 2014. When the two days came to the dealer explained that want to buy a pilot year to work as a taxi driver, I hand over the keys signed and suddenly everything comes and says that the seller can not take and put a story the Bank did not approve much money. Ok he said Llevate crv 2016 pay some amount after 1 year you change on the other, I accepted, and what me makes me a liss, told a t thousand times so that he would use it and says if that has several clients and they have done well when Im already paying $ 700 per liss, secure payment taxi, diamonds and cab based ..Dmv not give me the plates, so that I return dealer, this time give me a role of false sale, I return Dmv and went through the same grief and despair, I return dealer that I signed and I will not give anything, now have to pay 320, 700 insurance and lease, without taking advantage. They spend three months went into business with a separate company for the renegotiation of the car, all I well call the 2 day pass to get my pilot 2017 and when I go I apologize and call the auto insurance and good, that day could not be I say well come tomorrow legs 2 afternoon we secure and takes it, I go again the next day and let me waited until 5.30 that are stirring something but surely today Ill take it, well, at last they said to be sign something and the manager is not, tomorrow, and today its Friday ... that this man does not work until Mars and so I have had in this sosobra, indeed I curse the time I got to that place and that yorkys seller Santana is false, not knowing the sacrifices that each person does and economic and emotional damage, are real mess.
