Came in for a simple tire rotate and balance and they noticed that their other store in Stillwater, MN accidentally put the wrong load-index tire on my car and here at the Woodbury location they noticed this and offered to correct the issue by putting the correct load-index tire on my car at no charge at all. I would have never noticed this and could have had a tire blow-out which would have totally sucked! So came in for a tire- rotation and ended up getting a brand-new set of tires for free...AWESOME! Very, Very happy with this location! Also, Im not trying to say the Stillwater Discount Tire location is a bad store or anything because its not. They offered to fix the issue at no-charge for me as well on the phone..and its not really their fault to begin with because all they did was a wheel-swap onto a different car, which I wasnt ever mad at them.

The team at the Woodbury store did a great job in setting our Ford F-150 up with Goodyear all-terrain tires. Christopher Manzanares (ASST MANAGER) helped me understand the value of the full replacement warranty, which I soon learned I would need. After 2 weeks we found a nail in the front passenger tire from the construction going on in town. After working with Chris he offered to replace the tire to eliminate any safety concerns that I had. That is true customer service!!! They now have a customer for life!

Honest, dependable, and fairly priced. Its always a pleasure dealing with these folks. I could save a few dollars at the discount warehouse place nearby but the level of expertise and professionalism is not there. Proper mounting and torquing are important safety issues and its not worth saving a few dollars. I purchase my winter tires and rims from these folks. Lifetime rotation and yearly change out is included in the price. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Of the few times I have been to the Woodbury location every visit has been great. The team is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I have a vehicle with sensitive suspension and its easy to notice when things are out of balance and they have been on point getting my balance dialed in beautifully every time. Definitely a Discount Tire experience other stores could aspire to.

Fantastic customer service. Went in for a tire rotation and to check a leaking tire. Found out I had a crack in my rim and needed a new one. They lent me a used rim to go pick up a matching rim elsewhere so I didnt have to buy a mismatched or completely new set of rims. I will do business here again.

They are awesome here. I had an almost flat tire and it was 5 mins before they closed. I called and they waited for me to get there which was 15 mins after they closed. I dont know of any place that would do that. If you need tires go to discount tire in Woodbury. Great customer service.

145 check in for my appointment. 4 tires. 255 car finally goes into the shop. 315 they come out to say they broke the lug nut lock. Great.... 425 car is finally done. Said they would pay for the lug nuts... Doesnt take that long for 4 tires. All rims were chipped and dirty.

Good service, mostly... Be sure to check your times for UNDER inflation when you leave. Three out of four tires were under inflated by around 10 psi. Seems doing something like properly inflating tires at a tire store is one of the most basic checks to perform...
