If your insurance covers for contacts they have to order them in the office for you.Do not believe the receptionist when she tells you ,you can order them online.There is no prompt as she will tell you there is. Also keep calling them because they will not call you when your order is ready. So dissatisfied with this visit there. Whatever happened to Quality Customer Service? Clearly your front staff needs to go back for retraining in Customer Service.

Family Vision Center has been there for me for half of my life - no really - 20 years! They take care of my kids (2 of which wear glasses but all 4 get exams). Everyone I send to them ends up becoming "lifers" too! They have hands on, one on one, true quality customer service - you wont find that anywhere else - in any industry! Thank you!

Dont waste your time. Called to make an appointment, couldnt get past unhelpful receptionist. She couldnt answer any basic questions, if they took my insurance, if I needed a referral, etc. and then put me on hold for over 10 minutes just to be disconnected. All other telephone options led to dead ends or voice mails.

Dr. Burns is the best! I had a serious eye injury that kept reopening. He gave me his direct cell number to call him anytime I had an issue with the eye. He met me in the office on a Sunday morning. The hold time can be a bit insane but the Doctors are amazing!

There is no better place to go to get your vision check everyone there is helpful and every friendly . I use to go to the Bridgeport location someone recommend this location never one problem
