Our experience at Raymour and Flanigan has been very positive. Last year we were searching for a "house warming gift" for our son and had the fortunate opportunity of meeting Maria McLeod. She helped us select the "perfect gift". This year we returned to the store to look for items for our new townhouse. Ms. McLeod spent a few hours with us. She was a true professional and very knowledgeable about all the furniture. Most importantly, she never pressured us into buying. She used "room design" on her computer to show us how various items could be positioned in our room and how a certain piece would compliment our current furniture. This smart sales woman sent us a personal "thank you" note after each visit to the showroom. And she continues to forward notices regarding up coming sales. It is pleasure to visit the store and ask Maria McLeod for a consultation regarding home furnishings.

Horrible customer service. No one greeted me or offered assistance. I was looking at couches and found one I liked where I was trying to get help for over 20 minutes while those jerks turned their noses up at me. I had jeans and a sweatshirt on from unpacking my new house all day and set out to buy a new couch. Guess I didnt look as if I had serious money to spend. After waiting as three more sales people walked passed me ignoring my motions for help I walked out. Only then was I asked if I needed anything. Thats when I told them they were too late. That I had waited almost a half an hour to buy a couch but no one cared. I told her they didnt deserve a dime of my money and walked out. I went down to Value City and when I walked in the door a great sales man raced right up to me. He got my $2100 sale.

JUST WANTED TO SHOUT OUT TO A SALESMAN THAT ASSISTED ME BEFORE THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY WITH EXCHANGING A FLOOR LAMP AT THIS LOCATION HIS NAME WAS PETER SALAMONE WHO IS SUCH AN ASSET TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT . I ENTERED THE DOORS GREETED BY PETER AND EXPLAINING MY CONCERN WHICH WAS NOT TO PURCHASE BUT TO EXCHNGE A FLOOR LAMP FOR ANOTHER MIND YOU NO SALES INVOLVED BUT THIS GENTLEMAN COULDNT HELP ME ENOUGH GETTING THE LAMP OUT OF MY VEHICLE TAKING INTO THE STORE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETC. HE WAS APPRECIATED THAT DAY AND HOPEFULLY HE IS APPRECIATED AND REWARDED FOR HIS PROFESSIONAL MANNER TO ALL.. PETER YOU ARE AN ASSET TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND I THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ASSISTING ME WITH MY CONCERNS..

Nice showroom and decent selection of furniture. Salespeople are not too pushy but they definitely hawk around and are paid commission. If you are looking for something specific i.e. a deep couch, or soft or firm, etc. They dont seem to be experts so youll just have to walk around and try them all out yourself until you find what youre looking for.

Usually have good sales and nice quality furniture. Dan Clark takes an extra step by dimensioning out your room and modeling different configurations of furniture at scale. Truly a pleasant experience.
