This is just one of my many experiences with this place. I called about 5 minutes ago to inquire about a SNES(super nintendo) game. Zombies ate my neighbors to be exact. The phone was answered in a timely manner, however when I asked if they had said game in their store, I was told that he wouldnt know unless they looked for it. Which is completely understandable. What is not understandable was the pause after he had said that. I waited a moment for him to have another response but got nothing. So I suggested if it were possible for him to have a check because I was really interested in buying it. He quickly countered with "It would take a while to look for it, it would be better if you just came in." Really, You cant do your job and look for a single game and want me to waste gas in case you dont have it. The employees there are rude, arrogant (to which I have not the reason for) and unfriendly what so ever. Advice, dont expect to find what you are looking for Via phone.

Id first like to say that I came here WANTING to buy something but the way I was treated when I came in was very unnecessary. And by reading the responses of other bad reviews, the owner doesnt seem to really care and is also rude. I went in today wanting a Wii and to look for some game cube games. I wasnt acknowledged once. No hi, no welcome. Nothing. I was there for atleast 5 minutes, maybe 10. Two workers were there just screwing around on the computer. Nobody else was in the store. They didnt ask if I was looking for anything until after I started heading for the door. They seemed annoyed with my questions and like they didnt want my business. Also, the prices are the highest in town. Go to disc traders and save your money.

In reading these reviews I would agree with the good ones. I have always treated these gentlemen with respect. From their help with anything I need. Always willing to talk through any question. These guys unless busy which they will mention. Have been a great resource. Buying or selling they always remember me either over the phone or in person. Like said earlier give respect to get respect. 5 years and counting better than the rest. Better prices and always willing to beat the competition. So all of you rude people stop getting angry with the fact you are not the center of the universe. Keep it up guys, this is a great place.

I recommend this store over any Play n Trade any day of the week! I bought four games with them; and they gave me the fourth one for free. They were going to give me the cheapest of the four for free, but they decided to make it the most expensive one because the sticker on the cartridge was slightly damaged. I also asked if they had a game, but they couldnt find it in their inventory because it was buried. They took the time over the weekend to find it, and call me the next day to come pick it up. What service!

These guys ROCK! I am a continuous customer, and I love there selection. They are always there for you when you have a question, and they hook you up when you spend money. I have been going through their doors for about 10 years and I cant recall a bad experience.There products are guaranteed, and the customer service is top notch. Thank you guys for being the best buy,sell, and trade store ever! you blow your competition out of the water.

I am 15 years old and they sold me an explicit "M" rated game intended for 18 years old and older. This was a criminal act. Eric Landman is the owner and the person who sold the game to me. When Eric was asked if he thought it was OK to sell explicit materials to minors he said, "YES". For obvious reasons I will no longer be doing business with them and do not recommend anyone with any level of ethical standards to walk in their door.

This is a great store, and I am always sure to visit when Im in town. There is a LOT to choose from, but it can sometimes be hard to find things, as their floor plan seems to prize quantity over quality. They should have whomever organizes their Muskegon store take a crack here. It has a very "nerd basment" feel. Dont let this sway you from going in, just be prepared to look around longer to find what you need.

This place is the best. I almost always come out at least with what I wanted and usually more. If they dont have what I was looking for then they always offer to take my name and number in case a copy comes through. The guys are super helpful and unless they are obviously swamped they always take the time to answer questions. I always recommend this place to my friends. Keep up the great work guys!

I called to purchase a record in which I knew they had acquired. The person on the phone sounded extremely annoyed, and said, "Yeah???I dont have time to do that". As a business owner, customer service is first. It looks like it comes last with this place.

Very unsatisfied with cd prices. You can buy all the stuff cheaper on amazon even after shipping. These guys want more for used then some of this stuff is new. If you cant wait theyve got a good selection. But if you can just go on amazon.

guys there are very good, they know their music. the prices they give for products are very fair. i like their specials also. I drive over 40 miles to deal both sell and buy. It is worth the trip. plus the owner has a really cool goldie !

Great Place to go for games of nearly any system. Lots of Movies, CDs and DVD TV shows, all for reasonable prices, I just wish they had one in Grandville so i would not have to drive so far:/

Fantastic store and people. You can go buy a ton of stuff for cheap. Use it until you have had enough, and sell it back. Great service and value!
