This is my favorite Nob Hill store where everything is laid out well and easy to find, even though the store is a large one. Most of the staff are happy, helpful and pleasant, and have a good knowledge of where items can be found. I say "most staff" as all my experiences there have been good until just before Christmas when the guy on checkout, whose name I didnt get, was surly and irritated with me! I understand we all have bad days, but dont take it out on the customers!

I will never go back to the Nob Hill in Watsonville. The manager, Jesse, overloaded a bag of groceries (over 20 pounds) and when I lifted the bag, the paper handle ripped, and the contents dropped on the ground (shattering a jar of Italian olives which doused my clothes, ruining them). On top of this, the manager blamed me and yelled at me in front of customers. Rude, unprofessional, to say the least!!! Im in the midst of getting the cost of my clothes reimbursed!!!

The best deli for a grocery store. If you want good produce, with lots of variety, Nob Hill is it. Prices are a bit high, but quality costs. Love their seafood salad from the deli. Breads are fresh and good. Most are still warm when I buy them. Meats are good when they are on sale, otherwise too expensive for my budget.

Just another great Raleys family-oriented grocery store always the best in products and the best by far in service thats what you get when you have union employees! Thats the only place that we shopped at while staying on the coast
