I went in trying to save money. I had lousy tires (Bridgestone Duelers) on my Suburban and I was just going to buy three more and run the spare. The guys at Discount Tire recommended going with a better tire all the way around. They said that I would get twice the total mileage with the the Michelin LTX Mud and Snow 2. I was skeptical, so I did some research on line. Everything they said was true based on the reviews from actual customers that I read online. I later found out that my uncle put over 90,000 miles on his set. I went with the tires they recommended and have been very happy with them. It cost a little more, but Ill save money in the long run. And the performance in all road conditions has been outstanding. The thing that I like about Discount Tire is that the guys that sell you the tires are the same guys putting them on your truck. These guys know their tires. Im on my way to get a rotation and a nail fixed. Thats all free of course with Discount Tire.

Normally my experience at discount tire is phenomenal. Typically they take very good care of their customers, are very courteous, polite and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. My experience at the Inver Grove Heights store was that or so I thought. It wasnt until I went to get my oil changed and had a safety inspection done that I learned they had lied to me and tried to sell me a full set of tires that I did not need. Since I was given information by somebody else that contradicted what I was told by this particular discount tire store I went and got a third measurement done and again was told I did not need tires for quite a long time. I would recommend any other discounts tire store than this one. It makes me very sad to know that discount tire has somebody like the person that did this to me working for them.

This place is awesome! Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile. If there is a short line, they still say hi. They make you feel welcome! They help you pick out the best tire a show you all the options. They carry a wide variety of tires and have most in stock. They have some of the best prices around and always offer to beat their competitors. As long as it is not close to the winter months there is usually no wait and they can get you right in. The Manager Mike was great and all the employees are fantastic, helpful, professional, and super friendly! THANK YOU!

We moved to Inver Grove Heights about 18 months ago. Since then, Ive been to this store twice. Once because I had a nail in the tire of my car, and once in the tire of my riding mower. Both times, they did the repairs for FREE. In addition, they were fast, the repairs were done well, and they were extremely friendly. In each case, they told me "all we ask is that when you need tires for your car, you give us a chance". Right on.

I got a screw in a new trailer tire this past weekend that I purchased at this store earlier in the summer. I brought it in to have it fixed late in the day expecting to have to pick it up the next day. They said they would take care of it within the hour and didnt charge for the repair. The gentleman assisting me was friendly and very responsive. I appreciated the great service and will be back.

Staff is always knowledgeable and helps to find the best tire for the situation (not necessarily the most expensive). Accommodating with scheduling and always a fast turnaround on service. I have had five sets of tires installed at this location and it has been a positive customer-service experience every time.

The Employees are always friendly at this store.. Ive never had to wait very long while standing in line.. This store also has been one of VERY few places Ive been to that can get the work done on your vehicle FAST. as a matter of fact, they even stay extended hours to ensure that!

Went in yesterday for tire rotation to get ready for MN winter snow. Found out 15 hours later all my tires had low air pressure ( in the low 20s) which they should be at 33. What the heck, why would Discount Tire check air pressure???????(sarcasum) SMH and pissed off!!!!!!

The employees hear are great! They are attentive to each customer and treat them like family. I had a slow leak in my tire and the fixed it for free. I highly recommend anyone in need of new tires to check with discount tires first.
