Ive come here several times, though will not anymore. The first time I came, it was during the Pulse shootings and everyone was very patient and friendly. I got one done by Johnny and he was hilarious. I was pumped because they were right in my area and that meant that I could keep going to get more, but the more I did go, the less I was impressed. The second time I came in, I got one on my arm but it was done by someone else and it wasnt as good as an experience. Less friendly, but took longer even though it was small and there was barely anyone there. Finally, my 3rd and final time, I got Johnny again, and I went during my lunch break, right when they opened, to get a small one a little bigger than a quarter on my foot. It was evident Johnny was angry because he wanted to go get a haircut. He then took his sweet time drawing (which as mentioned, it was small and simple design), messed up on it, wouldnt change it, then set up his station, which took an hour and a half, leaving me waiting in the waiting room alone while he screwed around in the back. Then, when the actual tattoo got done, 3 hours later, which should have taken an hour to complete tops, he added white to it to make it pop but it showed no difference and I told him I didnt want it. He charged me extra for it even though I said no. A small, quarter sized tat that should have taken less than an hour, costed me $120 and 3 hours of my time. The ink isnt high quality either. Its blotchy. My first tattoo I got somewhere else looks like its in my skin, clean and crisp, has held up easily for a year with no fading, while the ink from here looks on top of my skin, has faded awfully within four months, and is over all low quality. For a standard shop, its alright. Its clean and private. It was disappointing going from having a great experience to never wanting to go back, and I wont be. If youre looking for above and beyond, go elsewhere.

I have had several pieces done here and every single one came out perfect with great reviews from everyone I show my tattoos to. great work from actual artists with long family lines for artistic abilities, Ive seen great works of art such as paintings and sculptures as well as tattoo work. they really want to bring your vision to light and give you the perfect tattoo. you can sit down and work out exactly what you want with no rush or pressure. great pricing on all day sessions and book outs. very comfortable shop with a nice relaxed feel and its not a fear fest with open area work stations that a first timer might be a little intimidated by. several closed booths for privacy and a one on one feel. very friendly, clean and professional.

I have to say at first my experience was good but as the time went on to get my tattoo we noticed the artist step out to continually get high. As he even told us he was. I guess it was at this point we should have left but we were already part inked. The finer parts of my tattoo do not even show up, which could have been avoided had maybe the artist been alert enough to suggest a larger size to show the detail. The same problem has occurred with another tattoo from my group. So needless to say I now have two tats from my party that will require further attention. Moral of the story. Go somewhere where people arent high.

Awesome experience! I called this morning about doing a portrait of my yellow lab-Sunny who just past away from cancer. I came in the same day and met with Luis. I brought a photo of my dog Sunny and Luis did an amazing job in creating a likeness that makes me smile every time I look at my tattoo. Nice clean facility, friendly staff and very professional! Highly recommended!

Absolute worst experience Ive ever had at a tattoo shop. Luis is incredibly unprofessional, doesnt care about his customers, and has zero concept of time management. There are far better shops and far better artists in the Orlando area (that will charge you less for better quality work). I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from Broken Arrow.

Ryan Beatty is not only an amazing artist but all around a great guy! He is extremely professional and I always feel comfortable at the shop. I have a half sleeve by Ryan that I absolutely love and I get compliments on all of the time. I cannot say enough about how awesome the work is here and how great all of the guys at this shop are.

Loved this place. The owner is very family oriented, clean and professional. You are welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. They are dressed well and friendly. They take their time with each client and never rush through anything. They do their best to fit you in as soon as they can. I would highly recommend this place.
