Went here 2 years ago and got a chest piece done, ended up loving it so much that I went back today to get another tattoo. Called the night before and they said they cant set an appointment, just walk-in so I waited till they opened the following day. As I walk in there is 4-5 guys sitting around talking to each other so I stand there and wait a couple minutes nobody came over or even acknowledged that I was there. Another 5 minutes go by and still nobody comes over to greet me. There is not a single customer getting work done at this time so there is zero reason for me or anyone else for that matter to be there so long with no help at all. 2 years ago you guys deserved a 20 star review but after today it was hard giving you guys 1 star. Officially lost me as a customer. You guys should get a little better at customer service rather than standing around eating and talking.

I recently went in go get a tattoo colored in. When I went in i told the guy i wanted my tattoo colored in with the water colors. He did splash color and didnt even color the whole tattoo in. He even had a picture next to him. When I told him thats not what I wanted he told me theres nothing he can do until it heals which I I understand. He began to tell me it was just a mix up and miss communication. Now I have to deal with a tattoo that is nothing like I wanted it to be plus go and get it covered up. And on top of it it is infected and scarring really bad.

Tim Shafer on Old St Augustine Road is a wizard! I spoke with him for less than 5 minutes about a tattoo I wanted, showed him a picture on my phone for less than 30 seconds, told him how I wanted to change it up a bit, and set up an appointment for the next evening. When I walked in for my appointment, he already had the drawing complete and it was better than the original! 2 1/2 hours later I had the most impressive piece of art on my arm! Tim Rocks! I 258% recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Tim! Ill be back!

I am currently getting a traditional Japanese style back piece done by Jeff Jibran and it is turning out FANTASTIC. He has been extremely helpful every step of the way from original design down to suggestions on color, etc. He has exceeded expectations and Im ecstatic to work with him in the future on other projects. Shop is also very professional, clean and they play great music!

My fiance and I wanted a tattoo at 11pm and they were the only ones open for miles! We live near Fernandina Beach and drove there. Ryan was on his way out the door and hand drew our tats magnificently! He is a great artist, great environment, and really friendly. This is the only place we will go to get ink!
