Whatever you do dont trust this dealership ... talk about non-stop problems especially out of the service department ... way too many events for me to list them all but Ill give you a few examples ... my husband put a new sound system on one of his motorcycles ... pays them for it picks up the motorcycle rides all the way back to Murray and notices one of the speakers that they just installed is falling out ... they forgot to even bolt the speaker in .. very careless work ... he called the dealership and they tell him oh come on back and well do it ... you would think they check something like that before they send the bike out the door ... so wasted time and money ... ... we had a service done right before were about to leave to go down to Florida for biketoberfest ... adjusting the belt, oil change all of that paid the full price for everything to be done ... we get down to Florida and have to take it to yet another dealership because the belt is flopping ... we paid for them to properly adjust the belts which Four Rivers neglected to do in the first place ... then just recently weve had problems with the battery dying ... took it back to the dealership multiple times because they couldnt find the problem ... this last time we get it back now the stereo system will not work ... my husband ends up taking off the seat to find out that they forgot to put a wire back on ... so if you dont want to deal with mechanics that dont care about your motorcycle but still want to charge you outrageous amounts ... I would definitely steer clear of this dealership.

A salesperson isnt your friend, hes your salesperson; his job is to initiate an act of friendship, but only until a sale. Im sure this review will greatly effect my future treatment as a customer, but if its a sacrifice that benefits others then I am okay with that. I bought a motorcycle, proud of it, allowed them to guide me through this whole we give super deals to our nations veterans crap, had me sold. I have to talk to upper management and corporate to handle silly things like my warranty and scheduled services. Because of these ordeals, all employees avoid any eye contact with me nor do they offer me help in finding something I may like to consider purchasing. I have been blamed for crank case leaks on a bone stock sportster, over use of the very battery tender that they gave me with the bike, (saying that using it while the bike is in storage destroys the battery.) which isnt what they inform you, (they say use it as much as possible to maintain battery health.) All the while making accusations that every time I open my mouth or report a malfunction Im a liar. Also note I have never had an oil change there that was finished within a 2.5 day period. If they would operate the way Sills cycle did, and have a service department like Big Petes, they would probably be the most popular Harley Davidson dealership in the nation. If I ran the place, Id fire every single person that acts like a higher power over their customers.

I LIKED YOUR STORE SO MUCH I STOPPED AND WAITED 3 HOURS FOR YOU TO OPEN ON A SUNDAY ON MY WAY BACK TO ILLINOIS/IOWA. NOW THAT IS LOVE. HA ! Bought my present Tri Glide from Four Rivers. When I took the bike in for the 5,000 mile checkup, I stood at the window upstairs and watched the oil be changed and nothing else was checked. My bike was then washed and parked outside and I was never notified that it was ready to go. You spend more money inside that way. I paid my bill ($239) and left without saying a word. Abernathys in Union City, Tennessee now does my checkups, any warranty work and I purchased my extended warranty through Abernathys. Four Rivers is the only dealership that Ive seen that doesnt have a poster explaining the multiple things that are checked during your checkups. Pretty sure that I know why.

I rode to this dealership from the Nashville area, on 3/16/15 with a couple of friends who bought their bikes here. Ive never been to a state rally, but I cant imagine it having any more bikes than I saw at this dealership! I was told, something like 600 bikes at any given time. I met the owners, Jerry and Jack, and both were just great to talk to and just convinced me to test out a couple of their bikes to see the differences that each offered. Now, Im thinking about "moving on up", just have to decide to what and when. BUT........ whatever anyone could want, theyll have it here, in multiple flavors and sizes. She knew every aspect of her department and patiently assisted me through my purchases no matter how indecisive I was. I ended up getting everything I wanted thanks to her. I will definitely shop there again when I am in town. I work and live in Sasebo Japan and dont get home very often so THANK YOU very much for having such a wonderful, patient employee. I would not recommend trying to buy a motorcycle from this dealership. If your buying a new harley, check your harley msrp. In my experience with 4 rivers, it was concerning a used cvo. Nada and Kelly blue book is price guides set price guide lines that loan institutions will loan on vehicles. Four rivers hd was nowhere near to negotiate the price that was actual value. Im not being cheep but Im not gonna pay 1839.07 over the nada. Oh but I did I offer $500 over nada, but still no bargaining with these people. If you care about your hard owned money, I definitely wouldnt recommend this place.
