Last year I bought a car from a dealership. Within a month I had problems. My headlight had to be fixed 7 times and my axle twice. My transmission was fixed twice and still doesnt work well. They sold me a warranty, it was supposed to be a great "bumper to bumper warranty". Less then a year later I called to get my car fixed again. They told me we dont take the warranty anymore and you need to bring it somewhere else. When i finally found a new place I was told that my warranty puts used parts in my car. I had to pay out of pocket to get new parts so I didnt have to go back for the same problem a few months later. The "great bumper to bumper warranty" was useless. I also got 4 free oil changes with my purchase. I suspected them of putting non synthetic oil in my car after the second oil change when my car started running horrible and the oil light came on I called and asked what kind of oil they put in my car since my car requires synthetic. They told me they used synthetic but wouldnt allow me to see the records of it. When I went for my third oil change the woman told me that she will let it go this time but my next oil change I will need to pay for synthetic oil. I responded in shock, since they told me I would get four free oil changes when I bought it. This leads me to believe they never used synthetic before. They also lied and told me it was in no accidents but I got the carfax and found out it had two accidents. I decided to put the car up for sale after all the trouble I had. Someone offered me 9,000 for the car but then I found my next HUGE problem. When I looked at my title I saw that there was a lien on it. The lien surprised me because i was unaware that you were able to sell a car with a lien on it. I was in for a huge surprise when I found that the lien was from the dealership i bought the car from and the lien was for me. I paid in cash for the vehicle, therefore there should be no lien.

All I have to say is the experience I had could not have been better. I was in a wreck the night before and I needed a car, and quick, I arrived at the dealership at 9AM and met John in the lot, he was cordial and steered me in the right direction for me and my situation. I found a car I liked and I told him the budget I wanted to stay within, not only did he and Dan achieve that, they made the deal happen to fast and took my old car as a trade in. I left an hour or so later and within an hour I had received two calls, one from Dan and one from John asking me what time I wanted to pick up my car. In a matter of 24 hours I went from being anxious about how I am going to find another car and get rid of my old one to driving a beautiful Dodge Caliber home... I cant say enough and I already have recommended to several in my family and close friends to use Shirley Auto Group! I am not easily impressed and as many that know me I find fault with almost anything.. but not with Dan, Christine and John!! They really know how to take care of a customer and I will continue to recommend them as well as use them exclusively for any of my auto needs... Bob and John are AMAZING! I went in and within an hour I was approved (my credit was destroyed due to an x husband that ran up my credit and they still got me an approval). I was scheduled to pick up my car the next day after it was inspected. When I went in the next day they both made me aware that they had concerns the cars transmission was going after they got it inspected and did not want to sell me a bad car (I appreciated there honesty as they could have just lied to make a sale). Within 30 minutes they had me approved for an even better car at a better rate. I walked out with my new car two hours later. They have a life long costumer in me! Thanks Shirley Auto Group you guys rock!

got a car at this dealer and they told me it was in good condition...after i drove it home i found out it had electrical problems...i drove it back to the dealer to see if they could fix it but they gave me the runaround saying that since i didnt get their extended guarantee they could do nothing...this was after they gave me a bunch of excuses trying to get me to go away...they are very shady for selling me a car that had problems already and misrepresenting it as "good condition" car...they will not take responsibility for a bad car sell..DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE..THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WILL A PROBLEMATIC CAR...DISAPPOINTMENT IS ALL YOU WILL GET BY BUYING FROM THEM!!!

I went in on Monday and had a car by Tuesday. Dan, John and Alexa made it a very pleasant experience. My credit is less than perfect and I was working with very little money they worked miracles for me and found me the best deal I couldnt ask for anything more. They really work hard to get you the best deal. A very caring group of people, who take into consideration a persons financial situations and bend over backwards to make there customers happy. I Will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you guys for all of your help. I love it.

I had an amazing experience here! I wasnt sure what to expect after reading some reviews but I assure you this is a place you want to deal with! Awesome customer service. I test drove a 2015 Jeep Patriot Sport, I had no money to put down, a practically totaled car that I didnt even think about trading because who would want it? Well, they took my beat up car, I put no money down, they got me a 1.6% interest rate and the whole process just went so amazingly smooth. I felt like family there and felt they were just as excited as me for my upgrade!

I bought a car and that was claimed to be in good condition but soon later i found out it wasnt. The dealer was negligent to admit he misrepresented the car. No one in there was professional enough to acknowledge how displeased I was with the car. Dont trust their plastic smiles and empty presentations because once you buy a bad car thats it they got what they wanted and youre left with nothing but a bad car. Ive got nothing but bad judgement about this place. I wonder how many other bad cars they have there. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
