Wost Worst Worst experience ever. Im a business owner and expect top notch service as I provide for my clients in my line of work. I bought the first time a truck which started to have complications, I brought it back to get repairs my truck continued to have the same problems and additional problems. I brought a truck I had already had to get repairs done . Little after the truck started to have more problems than before. My business lot is covered with leaking oil after I spent $5,000 on repairs for that truck. I was no longer going to do business with these people but they offered to sell be a plow truck 10 grand less the book value. Because of my line of business I thought I shouldnt pass up on the deal, so I bought it. I bought it because of the plow. A month after the purchase I still have no plow. Im still waiting for my plow. The truck also had to go to the shop twice because it lost complete power on the road the same day DOT stopped my other truck that I bought from them because they refused to put my emergency break on. Ive had nothing but problems from these people. They are scam artist and deserve to be shut down. Ive invested close to 100k between 2 vehicles and repairs which is unaccecptable. Im reporting them to DMV. My employees could of been in a serious accident in the highway due to the safety hazards that these vehicles had due to their negligence. If you ever want to buy from these people dont do it.

Worst Dealership around. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. I bought a truck from here that they claimed had been completely gone through and had this whole safety inspection done, it was far from that. My mechanic gave me a huge list of problems with the truck when i gave the list back to Tru Auto they then told me they would fix all the problems. They told me it would be about 4 days, they had to truck for 30 days and then after about 8 not returned phone calls they finally told me the truck was ready and i could pick it up. When i picked up the truck maybe half of the things they told me were done were even done. They are scam artists and the owner would not even return phone calls. Stay away from them and the salesman Ariel he will lie right to your face. Stay Away from this dealership.

Worst decision I ever made was buying a car from this scam. They sell cars 3xs the book value beware. I hope this review helps someone to not fall into the trap I did as a first time buyer who they took advantage of. They didnt even let me pick the car I wanted. They gave me a piece of junk. I went to get it check out somewhere else and they didnt even provide a clean air filter, and when I went back to question them. The guy who sold me the car Ariel and the person I signed forms with Tanya acted like they didnt know who I was and treated me differently, when I was just there two days ago. Avoid this place they are only looking to sell junky cars at triple the worth. Just awful wouldnt recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.

My wife found Tru Auto mall, I ended up with a great team that took care of all the details { painless}. They took care any concerns and were very personable, so far so good. I brought my vehicle in for a service check up before my warranty ran out and they went through the whole car. I had a warranty through GWC and Joe was very helpful in guiding me through the whole process. I got most of my work covered through the warranty and the rest was done at a discounted labor rate. Great service department!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Bought a truck from then and in one year spent over two thousand just to keep it on the road and finally had to sell it for a large loss to get rid of the headache. Scammers stay away at all costs
