CARLOS OLIVARES AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE EXCEPT FOR THE CASHIERS ARE RUDE AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS. I KNOW THIS FROM EXPERIENCE UNFORTUNATELY I BOUGHT 2 TRUCKS FROM THERE :( BUT NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY SOMETHING FROM THERE OR WOULD I TELL PEOPLE TO GO THERE AND BUY A CAR !!! There is no such thing as bad customer when you are paying for a service and expect just what you are paying for, I bought a car from them...well it has been the biggest mistake ever, it had the check in light on and the gasoline would not go in the vehicle, they promise to fix it and in a period of 3 months I took it 3 times, they not only not fix it but lied about it and never took responsibility saying that the person who sold it to them was going to fix it. The first day payment is late they call everybody on your reference list and tell them about your business they harass you at work and violate every one of the Fair Debt Collection practices, I run into Christmas and banks being closed, they only take cash so I had my never fixed vehicle reposed they kept my large down payment and still reported it to my credit, to get it back they wanted me to pay repossession fees and still take their piece of crap vehicle that according to them it was not fixed due to me not being able to take it for a fourth time!!! Really customer service is not existent. I have bought other cars from carmax, west way ford, volkswagen, and other companies and never had any problem specially the one were you are expected to pay for a lemon vehicle on time and very bad customer service along with Illegal Debt collector tactics!!!!

Worst place to purchase a used vehicle. Not only did my car break down the first day but these people are constantly harrasing for the moment you are a day late. They only accept cash but by the time i am out of work they are closed, but still they will call later in the evening to threaten you to take your vehicle for a day late. Customer service? what customer service? they are even rude when you first are looking at purchasing a car. These people treat you like dirt and laugh at your face. You stand in line to make your payment but no is there to take it but you hear the other employees next room talking crap to their customers. I am a big man so when i am there they dont run there mouth at me so they target my wife instead and call her at work and make all kinds of crazy threats. The only reason we went there was to build up our credit but they lied about making monthly submission to the credit people. After complaining about that they told us that they send a letter to the credit people and then started talking more crap about it not mattering because we have and unpaid credit thats affecting us more...Who the Hell are they to snoop into my life like that... and that was a year after being with them....

I have had my car for several months now. I have never paid a payment late and I have insurance. Someone called my moms phone (not mine) from Discount Motors on Thursday, I called them back Saturday morning and got no response. Being that this is my first car, I didnt think to go by there befre I went to work. I went outside to leave for work and my car was missing!!!! I immediately thought they took it since they called a few days before. They called on a Thursday, picked my car up laaate saturday night, and it is now THE NEXT THURSDAY and I have gone up there everyday and they cant tell me when my car will be released. Reason why they took it. I had liability plus compact collision instead of full coverage!!! Ive talked to my insurance agency everyday, even had my insurance send an official comparison fax to them and they have yet to release my car! The mexican girl at the window is verrry rude and the workers are worse. The time that I was up there trying to get this worked out, they all just sat around talking about different ones. I will never do this again. Lesson learned.

Dont buy here its not even in the evening of the day the carnote is due and the are already calling you harring you and questioning you about the payment but when youre car breaks down they will give you the run around they are not there to help you the slack on repairing the vehicles no kind of professionalisam what so ever please people save yourself the trouble and the headaches defenetly take youre money somewere else they just want youre money and dont care about helping you with the unmaintnance vehicles but they shure spent 20$ on armoral to shine up the engine to give you a visual sale

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! am spending $500 on a uses truck but keeps breaking down after ive gotten fix. You have to make sure if they are actually fixing or else they will f*** you over. Oh and when you take it to get it fix they drive around your car smoking pot! How I know this? I put less than a quarter gas tank and when I got the truck back it had more gas and I found a small joint in my truck, that flicker David the manager jut said I yea lets see who will own this responsibility,... Thats it!

Amazing and easy process! they close at 7 i got there after 6 and they got me into an affordable nice Honda, and for a single mom of 2 kids that always gets some jerk trying to up sale me, not Javier Garza, I was so happy with the service and honesty from this company, Id recommend it to anyone!! Good, Bad even Horrible credit! Just be prepared show your truths and they WILL work with you! <3 Thanks Discount Motors!

I have had great experiences with Discount Motors. My father did business for many years with them and my first car I bought came from them along with a couple after that. I even took my kids there to buy there first vehicle and they have been AMAZING with them. Our usual salesman is George but all the folks there have been polite and helpful..great job guys keep up the good work...I will keep sending people there

My husband and I spent weeks last August looking for a truck when we happened to pull in to Discount Motors. We found exactly what he was looking for and they had us pulling off the lot in less than 2 hours. We have been very pleased with the truck and everyone at the lot have been always been nothing but nice to us. We will definitely be buying another vehicle from yall soon!
