I have lived in the area for 20+ years and have shopped at the store many times. I love J.Crew ts - they are the softest. The staff is hit and miss as far as customer service , sometimes they are not the friendliest.

I like everything in this store, find them elegant and at the same time find them reasonable to wear for all occasions. I visit the stores with my daughter every time I come to visit from Turkey.
