Terrible experience that keeps getting worse. Zero stars are what they deserve. My husband and I purchased a new 2016 Ram Truck from them in December. There have been nothing but issues with it since we brought it home. There was body work that needed to be fixed- we brought it and got it back a week later, and it still wasnt done correctly, which means ANOTHER trip down to the dealer and a loaner car. Temp plates expired and no one called us to let us know they were in. Battery keeps mysteriously dying (at least 3 times so far)- HOW?! This is a BRAND NEW CAR!!! There was also an issue with the dash lights where they would just black out, and since theyre digital, at night we had no idea how fast we were going! Apparently a computer update needed to be done. WHY WOULD THIS NOT HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BEFORE THEY SOLD THE CAR TO US OFF THE LOT? We didnt buy a new car to have more issues than the one we got rid of. I will NEVER buy another car from Liccardi Chrysler Dodge and will never recommend anyone buy a car from them. You would think after all of the issues weve had they would offer us something- free oil changes or service credits- something, anything! But so far, nothing. Were just supposed to deal with the issues and go out of our way during the week (leave early before work to drop it off in service so we can wait around for a rental car or leave work early to take it down to the dealer before service closes). Awful customer service and poor quality vehicles. Then theres the AWFUL loan provider they set us up with which is their go to local bank (I suspect they get some type of incentive for processing loans for them)- Valley National Bank. Liccardi tried to stick us with a very high interest rate even though we have excellent credit. Good thing I brought my iPad and went onto Bank Of Americas instant approval site and only after BOA offered us an interest rate half of what Liccardis bank of choice was offering, were they willing to come down. That bank is TERRIBLE. If you are considering buying a car from them (not sure why you would at this point after reading the above) go with your OWN bank. They dont offer monthly statements on auto loans, only a payment book which is basically a piece of paper you send in every month so they know which account to process your check to- nothing about interest rate or payments made or a statement balance. I went online today to try to set up an online account with them and in order to do that I have to have my last statement balance- how am I able to do that if I dont get a statement?! Valley National says I have to go into the branch to get the statement balance for security reasons. RIDICULOUS! What if I lived out of state or far away? UPDATE 3/1/17: Chrysler (manufacturer not the dealer) contacted my husband directly on Monday after we voiced our concerns with them. Chrysler coordinated a service visit for today with Liccardi so they could fix the issues, including the body work that needed to be done- perfect timing as the battery died SEVERAL times again and again this morning. My husband takes the car in for the appointment and was told the body work (separate issue) needed to be scheduled- excuse me? Isnt that what Chrysler worked out with them? Not to mention my husband has to be at work everyday by 730 and took time out of his work day (again) to deal with this car. After a looking over the body work again the dealer told him to get a quote from his shop and theyll pay them to do it- fine. Since Liccardi only has a few loaner cars, they contract with Enterprise to fill the gap. Well the manufacturer only covers $35 a day for warranty issues and the cheapest Enterprise had was a Jetta for $45- guess whos has to pay the daily difference?! THE PAYING CUSTOMER WHO JUST SPENT THOUSANDS ON A BRAND NEW CAR! Apparently Liccardi decided to stop paying the difference recently. We got one free oil change from them to compensate for troubles - woohoo (sarcasm) TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE- YOU DESERVE BETTER!

DO NOT GO TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS my wife and I drove about an hour to this place because we saw what looked like a good deal on the web. When we got there everyone seemed polite and let us take a vehicle we were looking at on a road test. We liked the vehicle, however it was pretty filthy. It had not been cleaned, there were aftermarket parts bolted in spots on the interior, the snap on straps for holding the rear window were replaced with dirty shoe strings and my hands got filthy after testing parts of the soft top on the Jeep. I went into the bathroom and there was no hand soap. We got to the point of talking numbers and the salesman, Pete- whom we have no issues with, he was very nice and worked hard to get us the terms we wanted- glazed quickly over the fees. Once I let him finish his speech, I asked about the fees. He mentioned an internet fee and a cleaning fee...WTF? I told him I wasnt paying a $595 fee for cleaning a vehicle that should be cleaned for a customer to begin with, plus this "internet" fee for $995...bigger WTF?! I asked what is was and was told its a fee for getting the internet advertised price. The price was about 1000 less than comparable vehicles elsewhere ( the main reason we took the trip ), however- after the fee, its the same price and not a bargain as advertised. I told him Im not paying those fees. After 2-3 hours of back and forth negotiating and bringing in managers, they brought in another manager with 0 personality. Never cracked a smile, didnt offer to shake my hand and proceeded to go into salesman jargon meant to confuse you. I followed most of what he said, other than the parts that were dealership terms that were MEANT for consumers to not understand. When we got to the fees, they waived the cleaning fee but were insistent on the internet fee. He told me were getting that fee no matter how they phrase it....internet fee, destination fee, whatever..if they take off the fee the price of the car goes up 1000. So he basically told me in long form that the fee is crap to just jack the price up. ( I guess he didnt know the destination fee is for new cars only...) He then started with the pressure tactics after I told him that we need to go home and think about it, saying the deal may not be available if we call or come back tomorrow. To get the deal, it needs to be tonight. We were so pissed off when we left and are happy we found what we wanted elsewhere. Signed and completed paperwork in about and hour and I am driving my new car with my terms I wanted. A better, newer vehicle, better deal, friendlier management and happier for it.

Just went there today 7/11/2016 to look at a 2012 Jeep Rubicon, Had figures in my head. trading in a very nice loaded low mileage Grand Cherokee. Numbers in your head are out the window. First $595.00 for some prep fee that has already been done to sell the car, Then as you have read on MANY other reviews come the now $1500.00 Internet fee/discount. let me explain, if you saw the car on the internet and want that price you must finance with them. No finance and you pay cash and they charge you $1500 bucks. I was shocked that to pay cash you were penalized. They stuck pretty hard on their numbers they were offering for my trade telling me it was not worth what I thought it was. They showed me an add for a Grand Cherokee for less money then I wanted, however when I got home and researched it, the vehicle they compared mine to did not have all the options mine has. This discussion went on for a little while. They were pretty set on their offer for mine and their price for theirs. I go to lunch, go home hop on the internet and see they dropped the price of the car another thousand just like that. I must say I was shocked, seems like a shady outfit to me, disappointing to say the least and frustrating as I had been to see the car twice while deciding to make an offer. and I do not live around the corner. I would say beware and DO YOUR RESEARCH! **********************IMPORTANT UPDATE********************** After a short while (same day) Mike Laccardi the general manager of Laccardi Dodge called me. He was very nice, professional and helpful. He completely apologized for the issues I had. He waived ALL the fees I listed in my original review and increased my trade in value and honored the new advertised price. My salesman Raphael was never part of my original issues he was a perfect gentleman and very courteous. After all is said and done, I believe we are both satisfied. we made the deal and I am driving my 2012 Jeep Rubicon. In the end I was very impressed with their professionalism. Raphael and Mike Laccardi get high praise from me.
