This wasnt a review I was looking to write, but the blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and convenience made it an easy one to do. I went to Deals on Wheels on 3/30/17 to look at and purchase a car. I was ready to buy the car that night but there were some minor issues with it. Steve told me hed send the car to their main location, World Class Auto in South River to be looked at because he didnt want to sell a car that needed work which would hurt their reputation (the irony here is outstanding). To make a long story short, that was the last I saw the car or heard from anyone. After repeated calls and a couple messages left with no call backs it wasnt until I had to actually drive to the main location (World Class Auto) to inquire about the car, almost two weeks later, that I was told the car was sold without anyone contacting me to even tell me it was ready. Avoid at all costs. This place is not worth the time and aggravation and the level of ineptitude is infuriating. They clearly value a sale much more than treating their customers right.

Very honest place. No hassle when walking through the lot and decent prices. Ive done my research looking for specific cars and alot of other dealers had it priced above book value, here they were on point. They offer extended warranties on the vehicles which i say is good for the long run. Since new ownership has taken over their car selections are better and offer good customer service. I would recommend this place if you want honest dealer who has solid cars.

Dropped in to check out a truck I saw locally on craigslist - ended up walking out with great information and processes involved. Didnt end up getting the truck, but glad to know theres a local dealer around thatll help answer your questions, explain the little details and not leave you with that "theyre treating me like Im wasting their time" feeling like Ive experienced at other dealers in New Jersey. Awesome!!! Great place wonderful salesman and a really nice guy.steve is the nicest, most honest,and trust worthy guy I ever dealt with.. the prices are fair and the cars run excellent!!!! I bought every one of my cars from them and never never a problem.. I do recommend deals on wheels
