I cannot speak highly enough about Weston Kia. I bought a 2014 Optima from Jacob Weston in late May. Weston Kia didnt have exactly what I wanted in their inventory, and Jacob did a great job of getting me the exact car that I wanted. He also beat the all other dealers offers by a pretty considerable amount. Through the entire process, there was absolutely zero pressure to purchase, and it was abundantly obvious that Jacob was truly only interested in making sure that I had an excellent purchasing experience, and that I got exactly the car I wanted, even if I didnt purchase from Weston Kia. Jacob also personally delivered my Optima to my house. "Personal", "Family", and "Excellent" are the only words I can use to describe my experience at Weston Kia. They treated me like family from the very start. Ive never had this experience from any dealership in my entire life. This experience it not isolated to the sales department, the finance area and service areas are equally excellent. This was the time Ive purchased a car where all of the typical "upsells" in the finance department such as paint protection, etc. were all missing from the sales contract. At all other places, Ive had to argue ad nauseum to get these removed because theyre most often pure profit for the dealer, and little to no value for the purchaser. The finance representative said hed be happy to explain the options and pricing of any of them if I was interested, and that was that. The entire finance process took approximately 15 minutes, and I owned a brand new car. I couldnt believe how quickly it took. Weston Kias service department is also world-class. The service bays are so clean you could eat off of the floors, and the service writers and technicians are at the top of their game. Chris, the service writer who always takes care of me, always greets me by name as soon as he sees me. My Optima needed a new steering wheel switch that was broken, and later, believe it or not, a body floor wiring harness due to a missing wire from the factory. The only other visit was for my first oil change. While the factory defects were annoying, getting them fixed was actually a pleasure because of the hospitality of the service department. Weston Kia has a customer for life. It is a great feeling having complete peace of mind in purchasing a vehicle, and knowing that any service needs will be dealt with in the most professional manner available anywhere.
Ive had the experience that no customer wants to have, but let me just say that Art Harrison went above and beyond to make sure that I was not only happy but taken care of. I purchased my first vehicle in May not sure the date, but after a couple weeks realized there was a problem with the car. I took it to a mechanic to have it checked and the motor mount was bad, so I took the car back. The dealership put me in a loaner car and within two day I got me car back. I thought that everything was better, but to my surprise the car was making strange noises again. So I took it back and Art put me in a 2014 Kia Forte with really low miles and my payments where still very affordable. I was really excited to be getting a newer car with lower miles until just Saturday night I was on my way to a friends place and stuck in traffic the next thing I know smoke starts coming out of the hood of the car, talk about a scary sight I thought the car was going to explode, I pulled over to the shoulder and called Art he was very understanding and told me he would fix everything, I then called roadside assistance to get the car taken back to the dealership. When I got to the dealership the next day Art had an upgrade waiting for me. Im so thankful for everything Art did. He went above and beyond and I cant say that about a lot of people especially a car sales person, cause you know 90% of them are shady and dont care about you as a customer or your needs when it comes to getting a good quality car. Every single one of the men and woman at WESTON KIA are awesome and I really felt like all three of the times I was there getting a new car that they really cared. I HIGHLY RECOMEND that everyone whos looking to get a new or used car GO to WESTON KIA!! If you want to be treated with respect and have someone who actually wants the best for you then this is the dealership for you, if not go somewhere else and youll definitely see the difference, Ive been to other dealerships and Weston Kia is one of the best, even though I had a bit of a nightmare Art and his team did whatever they needed to do to make me happy. Thanks again for everything!! Ill be back for my next Kia in a couple years.
So my husband and I found our selfs in a crazy situation, keeping the story short.... although I dont want 2 car payments at once we had to. To buy TWO cars at once. OMG!! So I looked around online and in person got myself so worked up and worried I went on a search for best comments on dealerships and a lil knowledge of them on my part from past dealing and being raised by a car salesmen as well, I looked at inventory and affordability and found myself leaving a online message for Weston Kia. Michael returned my call ASAP.. we spoke in length about our situation and made an appointment with him. This mans personality is unmistakeable, honest and kind. One thing I do when I have had dealing with a dealership is going in and being honest. Im not a game player, I live life and dont have time for games or to waste my time. I was honest of our situation of 2 cars and finances and the fact we are not perfect people and nor was our credit. Yes we have good makes but we had sh** from the past unresolved but had worked on some of it and getting it fixed but not all was. We spent the entire day out there and I know to some that may make you frown, however after finding 2 cars, all the paperwork, disassembling the stereo system out of my old Kia (not an easy task in the heat), getting sun-burnt and no food all day they treated us to burgers and fries w/ soda and had several chances during the day to chat on a personal level with Michael. An Exhausting day with a drive ahead of us to get home to Molalla. I felt in shock on the ride home but I had no anxiety like I had just looking for a car on my own. We found both cars there, it was amazing. I feel like a honest transaction happened with a pleasant experience. I feel as though we made a friend with Michael and with Weston Kia and WE WILL be return customers, I hope Michael is there when that time comes.
