I bought a car from Dominic in 2006. It was the first car I had taken an auto loan for. He gave me a great deal, and sold me a warranty that paid for itself at least twice. Since then Ive referred friends and family to him and EVERY one of them were happy with the deal they got as well as the car itself for years. This includes both parents, my brother, a few friends, and the most recent one was my wife - which Ill come back to. Im in the market for a specific type of vehicle and the set of features Im looking for are quite rare. I checked out his inventory at Auto Quest and was very impressed with the selection and condition of their vehicles. Ive been in sales myself and I place a high value on professionalism and ethics. I know when Im being up-sold, pressured, or made to feel obligated in any way. None of these were the case with this place. He spent an hour with me, showing me a few cars from his inventory and looking various places online since they are also auto brokers. His words were "I dont want you to buy this car if youre not going love it" Back to my wife. She wanted a newer car with low miles, under warranty, a nice stereo, 5 star safety rating, preferably a German make, and a back seat that could accommodate a car seat - planning ahead for years down the road ;) . He was able to locate her a 2013 Passat that she absolutely loved, with leather, heated seats, bluetooth integration, touch screen, clean title history, and still under warranty. He encouraged us to take the car to our mechanic and when we did his words were "I doubt Ill have to service this car for several years. We bought a year old car for substantially less than a brand new one would cost. Dominic informed us that he would be out of town the weekend that we would go in to do the paperwork to get the financing for her car, and to go ahead and finish the deal with Zack if we were comfortable doing so. Zack was also very laid back and hospitable when we went to finanlize the deal (it was our only day off together). He offered for us to keep the car for a few days and come back after Dominic returned to do the paperwork. We ended up finishing up the paperwork with Zack, which only took about 20 minutes, and were on our way with our new purchase.

We all know that buying a vehicle is a fact of life we all have to face. However the discouragement of bargaining for a good deal, finding the right vehicle, getting the right financing, dealing with people who are fair and honest, and we all know the uncomfortable feeling of walking away from the sales rep while them giving you that "what do we have to do to get you into this car today" line. The entire experience can be uncomfortable so we avoid going out there and looking for that perfect car. If your someone like me you want to find a car that you are going to love and the search for that car should be fun. Heck, your buying a new car! Lets have some fun! My experiences with Auto Quest have been nothing but fantastic. Their cars are already priced more than competitive so there is no hassle in bargaining, and their extensive collections of luxury autos makes this place your one stop shop. It can be uncomfortable having a sales rep accompany you on a test drive because you feel even more pressure. They dont do that here and there is zero pressure to buy once you are done on your own private test drive. I decided that the vehicle I drove wasnt for me and their reply was simply we hope you find the right vehicle here and if not, no worries. I decided to come back and buy the vehicle from this dealership after seeing that there offer to buy my vehicle far exceeded any other offers from any other dealerships on the trade in value of my previous car. Auto Quest also does business with so many of the big banks and local credit unions in the area that the financing was easy and I received the best rate we could find. And lastly my interactions with this team have been fun! My wife and I will now only buy vehicles from this team!

I don’t think I’ll ever enjoy buying a car due to the reputation of car salesmen and the amount of money involved. However, the recent purchase of our Lexus was about as pleasant as I suppose it could be for me. Zac was low pressure, knew the car (Lexus rx450h), and knew the paperwork process well. And he has a sense of humor that I could relate to. As for any car purchase, do your homework. I checked prices around the area – this car seemed within a good range. I called Arrows, the company that did the pre-sales prep work on the car, and they willingly provided their service records. I took the car on a long test drive to the Lexus dealer in Lynnwood and had them do a detailed inspection. In that trip, I also tested everything I could think of. From the records and tests, I came up with a list of service work and missing parts, and Autoquest agreed to take care of all of them for the price (I got service records for this work too). Perhaps I could have bargained harder to save a few bucks, but vehicle quality was my primary focus, and in the end, I feel good about what we got. One interesting aspect of the purchase was that the car was missing a few things like a spare tire, the rear privacy cover, front floor mats, a cup holder divider, etc. Check carefully for missing pieces, because it didn’t seem that Autoquest was going to do it for me (other than the spare – that’s required by law) until/unless I asked. All in all, I will consider them if/when we purchase another used car. I chose 4 stars as "I liked it". I was tempted to select 5 stars, but 5 stars is "I loved it", which I dont think would ever happen when spending so much money (see 1st paragraph).

Great dealership when you are searching for a used luxury car. 100% worthy to visit. They make car buying easy. Good deals, very caring and helpful staff. Cars are excellent and parked indoor (vital for Seattle area; nobody wants to examine exterior of a wet car). We worked with Zac. We checked two 4-year-old cars, they were in great condition and very clean. Test drive is super easy: they copy your licence and insurance, hand you a key and recommend a route to take - no requests to make a commitment, no pressure at all - Zac even moved a car seat for our child from our car into the car we wanted to try. Salesman wasnt in the car during test drive, and we could take our time, enjoy the ride, discuss the car - awesome experience. After test drive Zac was relaxed and friendly and wasnt hard selling the car we drove - we went home and took our time to make a decision. Even though Zac offered us to take the car for inspection to auto service we like, we invited mechanic to come to Auto Quest and examine the car we chose. We werent there when mechanic arrived, but he was taken care of and been working with car when we came. The car we liked was without carpets and with quite sloppy touch-ups on bumpers. I dont know if it was work of a previous owner or a dealership. We are lame in negotiation, so Zac was rock solid for us :) However, we are satisfied with the deal weve got and consider price fair for the car we own now. I personally liked this dealership a lot for relaxed atmosphere, for caring about our time and comfort, and clean, shiny, and stylish showroom - thats how the luxury cars dealership should look like. Zac is great to work with.
