On May 1st we purchased a king size bed, end stands, and a mattress and box spring. ( does anyone know how expensive these are, EVEN on sale?) All came to $2500. Very excited for this purchase to arrive (Slumberland said within 10 days. All of it.) Today is May 24th. They now say delivery will be this Friday, They said 10 days ago it would be within 5 days so I am not holding my breath. After reading these other similar reviews Im disappointed and dismayed. This is really bad service. This makes the face of the company you see when you walk in the door a bad memory, WHEN IN REALITY we had a great sales person working with us. Andrew at Burnsville location KNOWS the product and was very helpful to us. The positivity we felt buying our bed is a distant memory now that we have had to wait almost a month so far. We still have to see when and how delivery goes and overall satisfaction of the bed we purchased stacks up. Too bad delivery is really giving a bad reputation to a company thats been around and known for so long. Weve purchased other furniture from them before and been very satisfied with the entire process but something has changed Slumberland to very low customer satisfaction status now. This will probably be the last purchase we ever make with Slumberland.

They had our dining set available & delivered to us within the week of purchasing it but only to have PARTS of it come in the wrong color. Either we had to wait a week for the right colored parts to be delivered or we could pick up the next day in store. We chose pick up in store & asked our delivery fee to be waived due to the fact that we were inconvenienced either way. Its not like they couldnt afford to grant that but noooo, they would only refund half of the fee. Feels like poor customer service & satisfaction to us! Although we LOVE our table at least so weve got that going for us

Slumberland Furniture Burnsville . I bought a bedroom set last year. A 50 cent piece that I need for a drawer that has been broke for a few months they flat REFUSED to get for me (within 21 days after 1 yr warranty) they said it cost 10$ to ship. They would rather lose a customer that( to date )has spent around 4500$ in 3 years rather then take the $10.50 loss. Lol this is just ridiculous. Smh. I guess when I buy my furniture for my new place next year I DEFINITELY wont go to SLUMBERLAND. I gave it 2 stars for the affordable yet poor quality items

I purchased a sofa today... I paid in payments and today I fully paid it off within a course of two months. My salesman who helped me with the item wasnt there though, and the gentlemen who helped me finish with paying the reminder of my balance was less than a gentleman. He had a lukewarm customer service at the most. Trying not to be upset because I like my choice and thought I picked the right place to buy from, but honestly reconsidering buying from slumberland a 2nd time.... After poor service, it really impacts you..

Not happy with this place. Bought a lamp over 2 months ago. They said it would be about 6 weeks before it was available. Finally after 8 weeks someone calls me to say it will be another week. Another week and a half go by with no calls, so I call them and they now say it will be 4 more weeks!! I already paid for the thing and 3 plus months are going to have gone by, oh and I have no confidence Ill be getting it in 4 weeks either

Furniture not delivered on time and I was not informed that delivery was cancelled due to a piece not arriving on time. Waited 2 hours for it to arrive and then after 30 min of phone calls find out that I Now have to wait another week for it to be delivered. Billed for something that I cant even use. But they want their money on time. Really not fair. No compensation for their screw up either. Another week without a bed.

We were looking for a new rocking recliner. We were wanting one for our new nursery. They had a large selection to choose from. We were trying to find the least expensive and the salesman was very helpful at helping us find something in our budget. He also didnt hover over us, so we were able to talk in privet without pressure on what we were going to get.

Richard was a fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly sales person. He made purchasing a bed a satisfying experience however impossible that may seem. They honored expired coupons and made the financing process easy. Delivery was easy and quick. A few weeks later we got a personalized, hand-written thank you card from richard. Overall great experience.

Came in and spent $1000+ on two pieces of furniture, they said it would take 12 days for delivery. Today is day 15, called and asked about it, they said it would take another week at least. And its still not guaranteed. Dont lie to your customers.
