In late November, my wife and I went to Furniture Mart to look at different sectional options for our home. After spending a few hours looking and planning, we left with the 3 fabric samples, 3 different pricing options, and all the measurements we needed. BUYING: Collin Gibbs was a great help, even though he was very busy with other customer appointments that day. He gave us space to think and discuss in between working with other customers. We left with a week to think over the purchase. Collin gave us his direct number to contact him, as well as his schedule in case we wanted to work with him again. Collin did a great job being attentive to our needs while not making us feel pressured to buy or overwhelmed. When we returned the following Saturday it wasnt as busy, and Collin quickly recognized us, greeted us, and remembered exactly what sectional we had been looking at. SCHEDULING: We decided to order in the England 2400 series sectional because we could order separate modular pieces and make it fit our space. We were given an estimated delivery date about a month out. Collin was very transparent that it could even be 6-8 weeks depending on how busy the factory was with the holiday season. Surprisingly, we got a call that it would arrive about a week earlier than the anticipated. It was an easy process to set up the delivery date over the phone. The downside was not being able to choose an estimated delivery time when we chose the delivery date. However, about 2 days before the delivery, we were updated with a reasonable timeframe of 8am-11am on the scheduled date. DELIVERY: We got a call from the driver when they were about 10 minutes away. Shortly after, they arrived at the house. The drivers were very polite and came inside before unloading to check where it would be placed. They were quick to bring in the furniture but also handled it very carefully. Before assembling the sectional pieces, they even helped us put felt pads on the feet so our hardwood floors would not get scratched up. They did a great job placing it exactly where shown. The entire experience was smooth and easy. Collin was very patient and helpful, and the sectional looks absolutely amazing in our home!!! PERFECT FIT! Thanks Furniture Mart for a very happy customer.

This was by far the worst experience at a furniture store! I purchased a bed for my daughter and the salesman was a little pushy in getting me to purchase the bed. I was hesitant because the bed was very tall for my 3 year old. Once I was pushed into buying the bed, it was put on backorder and found out when I called 2 days after to have it delivered. So, I was told that they would contact me once everything was in. A month and a half later I was contacted. I was told that everything was in, so I scheduled the delivery. Once the truck came to deliver everything, they set the bed up and then said that the mattress protector was back ordered. I complained to the salesman Tim Mack and he said that he would contact me once it arrived. Its end of December and they just contacted me this week to come pick it up. Are you kidding me....I paid to have everything delivered. I called him tonight 12/29/2016 and he got short with me. I was upset. I would rather bring this bed back to this store and neher shop there again. Now I have this bed that I hate and never felt good about the purchase. Now I have a salesman telling me I have to schedule to have this mattress protector delivered. I am so mad! I told him this was the worst customer service I have had and then he raised his voice at me. I told him I would never shop at furniture mart again and to pass on to other not to as well! Not happy!! This place doesnt even deserve a star.

Furniture Mart was not our first choice for purchasing our new bedroom sets, but it should have been. Mandley Davis has the best customer service skills and is a natural problem solver. After purchasing our new bedroom set from Ashley, we werent very happy so my husband went over to Furniture Mart and found exactly what we were looking for, Mandley quickly exchanged our dislikes and had everything set up for Us without prolonging our other purchases. My husband came home and said "Furniture Mart is where its at," He felt genuinely taken care of not just pushed for a sale. So delivery day came and it was not what we expected, after being transferred 5 times, rudely talked to being told to go buy a wood slab, lied to by customer care twice, I finally talked to Mandley, who instantly calmed me, listened to me and genuinely cared and solved the issue on his own. I never met him, my husband did, but he remembered him,I could go on and on about what a huge headache buying 2 bedroom sets and how awful we were treated at times but at the end of it all we are so happy and this has 100% to do with Furniture Mart and Mandley Davis. With him it wasnt about the sale it was about the satisfaction. I have told so many people about our experience, bottom line, save yourself the headache and go see Mandley Davis and his great crew at Furniture Mart the deserve your business. Thank you Mandley!

I visited 5 different furniture stores the week before Christmas in search of a recliner. Aimee at Furniture Mart Fridley was far and above the best, most engaged employee in the bunch. She was eager to assist, casual and friendly in her approach, and non-aggressive. She gave me the right amount of space to just look around. She listened to my plight, and was patient with my many questions. Not pushy, no up-selling or redirecting. Ideally, I was looking for something I could take home before Christmas. I perceived she was sincere in helping me find the right product and see me satisfied, even if that meant making a purchase at different store. At the end, she ended up price-matching an identical item from another store. If only all my other large purchase experiences were the same! On a more depressing note, however, nearly all other sales associates at this location were as good. Several others (mostly men) barely made eye-contact as I perused the store, quickly reverting to their cell phones. This was consistent with other customers entering and wandering the store as well. Youd be amazed at what you can see when youre testing out all the furniture! I would think that associates working on commission would be a bit more motivated. Overall, great store, selection, and service. Ill be shopping here in the future, and asking for Aimee, in particular.

My wife and I were shopping for furniture Memorial weekend. After checking out a few store, we stopped at Furniture Mart, in Fridley. As we walked in, we were greeted and were pointed into the direction of what we were looking for. Browsing through the store, we were not pressured into purchasing anything, like most other places do. Nicole Lushanko, a Funishing Consultant, that was working that day, came up to us and helped us with what we were thinking of purchasing. She was very knowledgeable about furniture. She answered all our questions, helped us pick out fabric, and ran multiple pricing on the furniture we were looking at. She was extremely nice and helpful. We told her that we had to stop in a different store to check out another product, and she probably thought we werent going to come back. However, she made such a great impression on us that not only did we come back, but we purchased enough furniture to furnish half of our house! They did have a great sale, and quality furniture. My wife and I are extremely happy with our purchases and very thankful for the help that Nicole gave us. We will definitely go back to this place again. 100% satisfied!
