Alright where to begin. This last month my car finally bit the dust, it was on its last leg when I decided it was time to get a new car. So I took it up to Gary Crossley. I was set on two things when I got there. 1: I wanted a FORD, and 2: I was going to get a car. The Banks were unfortunately closed that day being as it was 5:30. So I came back another day, with my sister who bought a car from them. She insisted that I go through Nick because she had "Such an amazing experience with him." So I agreed to it, trusting my sisters advice. When we got to the dealership the next day Nick was the person dealing with me... FOR TWO SECONDS! He came by to talk to me for a total of 4 minutes. To collect my last two pay stubs, and to ask if I had a trade in. Behold he spoke to two other people while I waited. He never asked me what I was interested in, nor do I think he cared! I spent six hours waiting before i was told we could go home and he would let us know after the financing manager finished talking to the bank. "Sure no problem." So we head home and then we get a call from Nick saying I was financed. We get up there and we wait another hour before I get to talk to him. So he states, "We got you financed, however its ONLY for this ONE car." So he takes me to it and I realized two things "This is not the car model I wanted (As I wanted a Focus)." and the second "This wasnt even a FORD" so i decided to hear the offer. The APR was way to high, the payments were not anything close to what i was looking for, and lastly this wasnt even a FORD after making it clear that I was purely a Ford guy as my father worked at ford, my brothers also. Not only did I take the day off from work to seal a deal on a Ford, But I also didnt have a car! I had the worst customer experience of my life from here! So I went to Liberty Auto, and behold I was offered a FORD Focus, within the price I wanted and the whole time the sales rep stayed with me, even when the financing was being done. So now I have a car. Two days after I bought my car, I got a call at work, a lady asked me "Are you still interested in the Ford Focus?" I let her know that I went elsewhere and bought a car, that they can lose my home number, my cell number, and my work number. I told her how I got the worse treatment while I was there, and lastly that I would not recommend them to ANYONE looking for a car because their customer... no I cant even say customer service... their service. Promptly slamming the phone down! I hope I broke her ear drum because that is what I like to call BS! Dont go there they are a sham and I hope this is a cautionary tale for those thinking about going there!

If I could give them zero stars without it looking like I forgot to rate them I would do so. This is the worst dealer in greater Kansas City. Avoid them at all costs. They are rude, pushy and will make your car purchase experience a nightmare. I made both the general manager and the owner aware of the poor customer service at Gary Crossley Ford. They both ignored me. The sales management at the dealership does not know what they are doing, and they do not communicate with each other. They end up punishing the customer because they are not intelligent enough to act as a team and deliver a customer experience that makes someone want to return. I have heard they have "gotten fat" at Crossley with the volume of Ford employee purchases from the Claycomo Plant. That should NOT translate into "crap on everybody else" who walks in the door. This Ford dealership is an extreme example of the "you walked into our doors so you are obligated to negotiate with us." They are pushy and the salespeople are required to have a sales manager come over and pressure you until you feel their slime on your clothes. WORST of all is the paperwork and finance discussion. Car dealers make money in a bazillion ways. One of those ways is on extended warranties (with huge margins for the dealers). I spent over two hours completing paperwork and then had endure Jeff Suderman. Jeff is the rudest manager I have ever encountered in any industry. EVER. He told me he had enough of me and wanted me to leave. I just bought my car a son and helped my cousin buy a car. This was all just weeks after buying from Crossley. If they had been kind they would have had three car sales. They ended up selling me a car (granted it is a quality used car at a great price), but it was the WORST car buying experience I have ever had and I encourage anyone to buy from any other Ford dealer other than Gary Crossley in Liberty.

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. After purchasing a new Ford fusion I paid to have my windows tinted and I also paid to have key-less entry installed. After paying for these things while purchasing my vehicle I was informed later that they did not have the parts for the key-less entry but they should have it soon. 8 months later I had them refund my money because although I paid for the service they never called to let me know if the parts had come in or not. Then I had to take my car back because the window tint had bubbled up making it impossible to see out of my windows. My car had three service recalls. When repairing my car they were off on the timetable by two full days making me miss work when I wouldn’t have had to if they would have gave me a correct timetable or at least updated me on the timetable when they realized how long it would take but they did not call. 12 days after having my car serviced the battery went out and I realized the front truck lever had been broken. After having my car serviced the sync technology started acting up and my seat belt alarm would go off without the key even being in the ignition. I called the car dealership and spoke in a docile and friendly tone but was hung up on THREE times and had to explain my situation to five different people who just transferred me in a circle before finally hanging up on me. They sure are great when they are trying to sell you a vehicle but not very helpful when you need that vehicle serviced. I advise you stay away from this dealership.

where do i begin. in 2013 i got my ford focus rear end and the body shop was going to go fix it since the person who hit had insurance. we check the vehicle over and other then the bumper everything was good. well they call me said it was ready. so i go up to get my car and the taillight is crack i call them out said the taillight is crack and i told them dont charge my insurance, since they are the one that broke it. well it was couple more days. i finally got my car back all fix, but they charge my insurance for there mistake. i was so mad i ask them why and they said when i brought the car in it was sprinkling and they couldnt see it bs!. i said i would never be back, but my husband want a van to work out of so i trade my ford focus so he could get a van. we wait and wait to get approve and they sold my car and i still own some on my loan but i was never late, since they took forever too pay it off, i got a hit on my credit score i lost like 25points. i should learn my lesson u would think but i guess i didnt because on tuesday i went up there looking for a ford focus again and there sales rep suck. last time i heard from them was wednesday everything sound good. but i try too call the all day on friday never receive a call back. my husband try again today and they said the sale rep werent in yet. so i wait until like noon and they said just as soon as there office is free ill tell them too call you. well its almost 2pm here. and no call. i am really done with gary crossley they treat there customer like crap...
