This is in regards to the Service department at Ford. I understand the high price but they have now twice tried to have me do work or parts that I do not need. On 3/16/17 went for brake job for aprox $200 and they called me said rotors were warped and would cost over $450 now. So I declined and took it home and repaired myself in less than two hours for $150. The thing that upsets me about this is the brakes themselves had probably more than 20k miles left and they wanted to change them for $200. I should have learned from last lesson last year in March when I took my other vehicle in for tie rod work and they quoted me $908 to change tie rod ends and sway bar connectors. I took car home again and repaired myself in about two hours for $35 and the main part that was the reason I took it in was not a failing part but just two loose nuts that they should have caught. What kind of professional mechanics work there that charge me over $50 hour for labor. All that is good is place looks nice and staff seems friendly. I will not be using there service department any longer. We have bought vehicles from them for nearly 30 years, what a shame.

Went there after the usual trips to dealerships trying to find the right truck and price and was about to give up when Classic Ford in Galveston called. Found the exact truck I was looking for (exterior and interior color) - on top of that they killed mcree, autonation, and ron carters prices by a long shot AND gave me a great trade in. Drove out that afternoon with my brand new truck - they filled me up with diesel and about a week later I get a box of homemade cookies and a thank you card...I mean come on that’s great service! Thanks to Brandon and all the guys down there. I would strongly recommend this place for your new car needs. It was no BS and straight to the point. Vehicle I purchased - 2013 F-250 Lariat, Tuxedo Black with Black Leather interior.

We had a service emergency. 69 year old Mother was stranded in Galveston with my husbands Expedition (the battery decided to erupt). Husband was out of the country and I was out of the state. She was watching our son (we live in Houston) and decided to visit the beach while he was in school. After getting a rental car, she dropped off the key at Classic and they took it from there. Ive never had a better experience with any dealership in my 46 years. Thank you JT Williams and all of your team! If you want the best dealership in Texas, Im going to guarantee you this one is it!

I appreciate the new facelift the Ford waiting area has received. Toyota had then beat for comfort and aesthetic appeal until they gave the waiting area a nice remodel. The staff is never overly excited but I have never found them rude or hard to deal with. The gentleman that checked me out this time took a minute to walk outside and spray some air freshener in my vents after I asked about a musty smell in my AC upon start up. Thanks for that! It worked! They have wifi available so you can work while you wait for your vehicle. I really appreciate that!

I purchased an F-150. Easily the best vehicle shopping experience Ive ever had. From the moment I set foot on the property to signing my paperwork with finance, I felt like the members of your staff were long time friends. Easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Brian my sales rep was very personable and answered all my questions without being pushy like Im used to. Dave the manager was also very supportive and friendly. I know I will spread the word about Classic and also send them to the team that helped me get into my truck. Thank you!

These folks are great. I live 400 miles away from Galveston and here on vacation for the week when my 2013 F150 4x4 started making a disturbing rattling/grinding noise from the front end. I brought my truck in first thing in the morning, and the service advisor had my truck diagnosed and fixed within 2.5 hours (broken actuator in the front hub due to improper installation of a leveling kit by a 4x4 shop). He explained what the problem was, how it probably was damaged, and what I needed to back on the road. Saved my vacation.....

Mike Belew took very good care of us when our C-Max had an issue on the way to a vacation weekend in Galveston. Presuming that we did not want to spend our vacation weekend with our car in the shop, he performed a temporary fix on our AC and suggested we get it looked at by our local Ford dealer when we returned home. I appreciate Mikes professionalism and his quick aide in getting us back on the road again. Mike confirms that my loyalty to Ford Motor Company is well placed.

horrible experience at this establishment ! I inquired about a 2011 Camry that was said to be 10600 and after we test drove it the salesman proceeds to say that he made a mistake and the price was 3000 more than what he said before we test drove and was not willing to come off on the price for this mistake. I feel that he wasted my valuable time and was rude to me over the phone. I will not recommend anyone buy a car from this establishment!!!

Brian in Service is outstanding. It took a little while but the job was done right with great follow up and always friendly and helpful. Paul Hopkins, the Sales Manager is also an outstanding guy. Weve known him for years and bought multiple vehicles from him over time. Not once have we ever gotten anything but awesome service and great deals on everything weve purchased, New and preowned.

Erik Muñoz is the bomb! A problem occurred when the dealership discovered that they had sold me and another party the same vehicle. Erik called me and apologized, and again by text, while persistently working to correct the problem, after promising me the vehicle. This young man has a high sense of integrity, and a strong professional ethic; most refreshing these days!!!

Better stay away, at least for service. Booked a recall repair a week in advance, and when I arrived they didnt have parts. They ordered parts for next day, and I returned, but still no parts. Plus they rotated my tires, and despite assurances they readjusted the tire pressure, they had not. 70 on back vs 49 on front is a big difference to ignore.

We bought a Ford Focus from a different dealer that was not upfront with a problem it had. Fortunately it was covered by warranty so we brought it to Classic Ford in Galveston a week after it was purchased. Alex and the other folks in the service department were fantastic. They fixed the car very quickly and had great service.

I was in the market for a new truck and the salesperson was more interested in his own agenda rather than answering questions that were important to me. I contacted the sales manager to voice my concerns and I never received a call back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and they will never have my business.
