UPDATE: 5 stars After stopping by the shop and speaking with Jay, its clear that he cares about the satisfaction of every customer. He went above and beyond to accommodate for the miscommunication and inconvenience from last week. After my experience today, Ill definitely go back to his shop for any of my future cell phone repair needs. Thats for the great service! Original review: 3 stars I called for a quote to replace a cracked screen. The cost was significantly lower than what other repair shops had listed on their websites. I dropped my phone off at 1:30pm and provided my email address as a contact method when the repair was complete. I told the owner I would be able to pick up my phone between 5:30 and 6, he confirmed that the shop would be open until 6pm. I arrived at 5:50 to find that the store was locked up. I had received no communication that the shop would close early. I was without my phone for rest of the evening which caused a significant inconvenience. The next day I went in to pick up my repaired phone. I spoke with the owner who claimed the email address I provided sent back undeliverable notices. He said he had to leave early due to an emergency. My screen is fixed for less than a competing shop. Though highly frustrating, the savings was barely worth the inconvenience of the shop having closed early before I could pick up my phone.

Hate it, hate it, hate it thjs place is horrible they are all friemdly when you interested in buying or financing but when you come back a month after for assistance they send you right on out the door. I financed the galaxy s6 edge plus from them and so far this has been my worse phone ever!! It is slow, shuts off all the time and sometimes i get no signal at my house when my brother does (he has same company as me) and when i tried to tell them they said they can buy it back for 80$! Never going there again and never recomending a friend there again.. Also be prepared there price on the phone is not the actual price if you finance which the guy there failed to tell me untill i fou d out i have to pay 500$ for a phone that was prices on there wall for 375 NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER AM I GOING TO THIS PLACE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE THEY ARE A SCAM!

I can honestly say that Jay and his employees are the kindest, and most genuine people around. Ive been a customer for years and I have yet to be disappointed. Extremely fair, and trustworthy, they offer great prices for their phones, services, and buy outs. Purchased a phone from the store today that had a small issue, and Jay was very helpful and took care of my concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone!
