Screen on my phone was only partially working. I went in to another Verizon location and they couldnt tell me what was wrong with my phone. I have a prepaid phone and they told me I could buy another phone and they could set it up for me. I was ready to buy the phone and then was told I could go to Walmart and buy the phone for less, come back and they could set it up for me. So I left that store. While visiting Tampa I went in to this store to ask if they could help. As soon as Dustyn looked at the phone he explained what was wrong with it showed me the phones available. I purchased a phone and a case. Dustyn took the time and set it up for me. This is the best service I have received from a Verizon location and I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years. Please give Dustyn my sincere thanks for making my day. Outstanding service by Dustyn and the entire team!!!

I went to this store to purchase a one new phone and was told I could get two galaxy note 4. He said it was a buy on get on, you get $400.00 rebate + $200 credit on account. all of this happen like he said but when i got my bill they charge me for both phones $600 + each. I turned in a new HTC M8 also with not credit for the phone. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this Verizon dealer. I went back to talk with the sales guy and he pretty much was a smart ass, him and his side kick. I have filled a complaint with BBB and Attorney General, file a legal claim also.

Been here over am hour just to buy a case and a charger... still dont have either. Avoid this location like the plague if you value your time.
