I rarely ever post comments, but for Cornerstone Mitsubishi, I am making an exception. I have lived all over the US, and I have NEVER dealt with a better dealership, Mitsubishi or otherwise, than Cornerstone Mitsubishi. I started going to them for service on my Lancer after I moved to the Boston area, and in the three years that Ive been going to them, I have not once walked away disappointed. They are always honest, polite, and describe everything in detail. They also dont try to convince me to get several more repairs other than what I go in for... in fact, they have even had to convince me not to get repairs that I thought I needed. What service department at a dealership tries to put money back in your pocket?!?! I was so impressed with their service, that when it came time to turn in the Lancer for something bigger (I ended up getting the Outlander), it was an easy decision to buy from them. Admittedly, I shopped around to see what else was out there (Honda for the CR-V, Chevy for the Equinox), but what brought me back was the honesty and friendliness of their sales staff (a special thanks to Gerry!) and knowing that their service was top notch. They gave me a great deal, explained everything in detail, and were extremely patient when I wanted to run every financing scenario available. Honestly, I would go back to them even if I knew I could get a similar car for hundreds less elsewhere. I don’t want to sound too much like a car commercial here, but honestly, Cornerstone has the best service and best sales staff Ive ever dealt with... all under the same roof.

I had researched dealers in the area, and not only had cornerstone constantly ranked high, but word of mouth from their customers speaks volumes. So it was no surprise that when I looked them up, to discover that they have won the Mitsubishi presidents diamond club award, awarded for having the best customer satisfaction in all of New England. The two owners, Bill and Jerry, work and have desks in the showroom floor. There was no middle man salesperson, just the satisfying experience of dealing DIRECTLY with the owners. They answered all of my questions, explained all the possible options and features of the car, and offered it to me at a price that was a good deal off of MSRP, the same visit. No games here. I was so satisfied with the service, up front answers, quality of the service center, that I made my purchase. I am now the very happy owner of a 2010 Lancer Evolution. If you are even considering purchasing a new or used car, especially a Mitsubishi of any kind, it is well worth your drive to Wilmington, MA just outside of Boston to visit Cornerstone Mitsubishi. It is now a place where I feel welcomed and you will too. Mention to them that Joe sent you and I promise they will take great care of you!

Best auto buying experience ever. Needless to say at 54 years old Ive been through quite a few new and used car buying ordeals. Dealing with Cornerstone was about as painless as it gets. Prior to calling them on the phone (from Maine) my wife and I did our homework and had two other dealerships trying to locate the exact car that we wanted (Outlander GT). And although the other dealers were helpful there customer service was incomparable to the service we received from Cornerstone. Sales consultant Brian Doherty was invaluable to closing the deal. His knowledge and experience help everything go very smoothly. Not an easy task when the dealership is in Massachusetts, we live in Maine and my bank is in Florida. The entire deal took place over the phone, we got the exact model that we wanted and paid want we wanted. When we got to the dealer everything was exactly as promised and closing the deal took less then thirty minutes. Upon leaving the dealership I literally stopped at the dentist for a scheduled root canal. Thanks to Brian and the rest of the guys at Cornerstone our car buying experience was a hell of a lot less painful then the root canal.

I must have visited a dozen different dealerships and test drove a dozen cars and ultimately settled on a Lancer from Cornerstone Mitsubishi. I love my car, but the real sell for me was Cornerstone Mitsubishi. They are by far the most pleasant dealership Ive ever visited. Ive been obsessed with cars ever since I was little and always go with people when they buy new cars. This was my first experience looking for a new car for myself and Cornerstone Mitsubishi made it extremely easy. I leased my Lancer, so far my overall experience with Mitsubishi has been enjoyable, including Mitsubishi corporate and Cornerstone Mitsubishi Service dept. They are a family-owned and run business and really are great. I cant say enough about how easy it was with them compared to all other dealerships I visited and car-buying experiences Ive witnessed over the years. They are the real deal. Eddie was my sales rep and he knows his stuff. You can tell he takes his job seriously, because he seemed to know everything there is to know about the cars on the lot. Test drive with him was a very educational experience. Wish I could give more stars.

Wow, and I really do mean wow. The service here was absolutely amazing! The person who I met at the service desk was so nice and understanding, I was really concerned about my Lancer, but he really helped me out. Talked me through the whole process and what was going to happen and what the wait time would be, and get this, my vehicle was done early! It was truly outrageous and Im so glad that I went here instead of anywhere else. They run a really tight ship, and they were all very professional, except for this one mechanic who seemed to be making crying noises at the man behind the desk, incredibly rude! After waiting a few hours, they performed the maintenance on my car and Im just thrilled to have my baby back! Thanks again!

I was car shopping on a Sunday (when they are closed) but Bill, the owner was there and I test drove a few cars. He was terrific about helping me figure out which car was the best one for me (and was NOT steering me to a more expensive one, etc.) Very customer focused, cared about my needs. He also looked at the trade in value of my car vs. selling it myself and advised me to sell myself. I did so and doubled what I would have gotten on trade in. When I decided which car I wanted (a pre-owned), he delivered the car to me at my work to test drive for a day (I dont live anywhere near the dealership). He was so accommodating, flexible and helpful. Great, great experience. I will definitely buy a car from them again!

Their car maintenance auto body repair is overpriced, and the guys upfront are always trying to take money from you any way they can. I took my car in for a repair had an issue fixed then all of a sudden came out with another minor issue, I went back after noticing the problem was persistent and told them about it, they only checked it to see if it was true and they wanted to charge me for it. The blonde dude with glasses in particular is a penny-pincher.
