Bought a 2012Mercedes from them. They didnt seem very interested in selling anything. But I loved the car So i bought it for 20k. Only one key and no front licence plate. A month in my break light came on so i took it into le Schwab. They said my breaks and tires where a safety hazard and it was illegal to have been sold like that. I replaced breaks but waited on tires. 10 month later wanted to trade it in see if they would be fair. They offered 10k trade in for my car. Less than a year ago they charged double. Got 11months out of tires until it wouldnt hold air and the metal started showing. Apparently the rim had been cracked and was welded back together. Wondering what else has been concealed. Gonna look into the laws associated with this. Should have in the beginning.7

Typical used car lot... Drove 60 miles to see a car that wasnt as it was advertised. They took photos in a dark building that carefully hid otherwise obvious body damage, didnt disclose it when we called to ask questions, and tried to tell us it was "nothing to worry about" when we visited. The photos online showed interior and exterior trim items in place that were missing when we visited in person... possibly removed to put in another similar car on their lot. They called us several times after the visit to try to convince is to return and discuss the car again. Very disappointed that we wasted a trip here.

iv been looking for Diesel mercedes ml for while, find out that they have 3 of them,then i went to their old location on roseville... thought they closed the business,called them and comes up that they moved to sacramento. Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful about my purchase, also provided me full warranty,which adds up to my loan for only $38 more per month. loved their new location and customer service, check them out.... they are deserve 5 star.

I was having a rough time looking for a good used car, until I visited H1 Auto Group. Everyone here is friendly, and they took their time to accommodate me with the car that I wanted. Everything was explained clear, and it was an easy process to buy the car. I would recommend everyone to at least visit them, and experience their great customer service they offer.

I bought a 2015 Lincoln MKZ with 9,000 miles on it for a fair price. I took it to Ford Dealership in town for an oil change the car is in mint condition. Quality cars, good price and fair/ nice sales team. Ill be back with my son to purchase his first car. BTW I drove 3 hours to get the car and never bought a used car before.
