Bought two $30 harnesses. Neither one of them worked. Went to see about returning them. Told them I did not have my receipt and simply asked if it was possible to look it up my card. The young lady working the counter called her supervisor Steve over who told me they can not do that and the most they would be able to do is give me store credit. I said okay. He than went on about how Im not worth loosing his job over and he would never do that for me because I wasnt worth his job. Coming at me as though I argued the matter I than explained I understood when he said it the first time and did not appreciate his rudeness about the matter and he could have dropped it as "no we cant we can only give you store credit" as he rudely exclaimed in the first place. He did not drop the matter and continued to rant on about how we probably thought he we do that because others will and repeated how we were not worth loosing his job. Horrible customer service. Not sure why he is in management when it was quite evident he failed to manage him self in a proper way and continued to try to argue with a customer. Even after the customer asked him to stop ! Fortunately the young lady who was working was very nice and attentive.

Love going to petco, only thing is that they pretty much carry no selection of fish except for the basic, easy, super common fish. They offer no variety. There tanks always look empty, most of the time even with dead fish, or sickly fish.
