I have been to this store 4 times to get food for my dog, a harness, leash .toys, treats,natural products etc...The store is well stocked but expensive, which I expected. However, the staff Ive come in contact with have not been friendly. Ive been ignored by workers who are sitting at the front desk talking to each other. On my last visit I had my 7 lb yorkie with me who barked at the store dog who is 10 times larger. When I picked my dog up the younger girl suggested that I probably baby my dog too much and training might help with the barking problem. Small dogs do bark, esp. when intimidated by a large dog. We have had training lessons,thank you . I thought her remark was rude. I now shop in Sturbridge.

Always a good experience when I come here. We have 3 cats with different dietary needs and there are lots of options to fit them. The staff is very nice and always remembers us and asks about how the kitties are doing. The "store cats" are really sweet too. You know everyone there is an animal person.

We take our poodle there to be groomed. They let me back into the grooming room one time for a "quick groom" (ears and nails) and I saw how gentle and nice they were to my dog. They always ask me how I want him styled and gave me advise on having my first dog that requires regular grooming.
