I needed a clothes dryer in a hurry and once again Richards is Reliable..............called on the phone and Joe matched the washer I bought prior. He had the deal done over the phone in 10 minutes. It would have been delivered the next day but I chose to pick it up myself at the convenient Farmingdale warehouse. It was in my truck and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. What more could I ask for? Oh, the best part is the matching dryer for my washer was on sale at an unbelievable low price. They beat the other guys by a mile. Thank you.

When I first walked in, I walked over to the Service desk and was greeted by a lovely woman who was smiling.. I believe her name was Theresa.. She assisted me in getting a sales rep. over to help me pick out a TV for my house. The salesman was very polite and easy to talk to. I was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was about the newest TVs .. He helped me pick out the perfect one ! I got it at a great price and will let everyone know that this is the place to go for a great deal and friendly people. thank you again !

We have been purchasing our appliances and tv/audio products from PC Richards for over 25 yrs. The knowledgeable and friendly staff is always a pleasure to work with. We recently purchased a mattress from PC Richards in Elwood. The store was immaculate, which made us feel comfortable about lying on the mattresses to try them out. Our salesman took the time to explain to us about the many different options and in the end helped us choose the perfect mattress to fit our needs.

Just had our Samsung washer and dryer delivered this morning. Main reason for my review is to comment on the delivery this morning. Roger was extremely professional, polite , and super sweet!! He instited on cleaning my floor before installing the new equipment ( I am 9 months pregnant and he refused to let me lift a finger). He and his assistant (didnt catch his name) were true professionals and really solidified my confidence in using PC Richards moving forward.

I have been dealing with PC Richards for 11 years. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The manager Steve is always there to assist and expedite orders when necessary. If there is a product you dont see always inquire, as sometimes they can order and get the product for you. They are very knowledgeable about products and can make recommendations to assist you in getting exactly the products required for your individual needs. Excellent!

It is always a great experience at this P C Richard & Son. All of the salesman and managers are very attentive and make themselves available. I had a great experience with the assistant manager, James. My grandparents were shopping for a new appliance and he was extremely patient and understanding of their needs. We especially appreciated how they were willing to work with our budget and busy schedule. Great store, great staff, great experience!!

What a fantastic buying experience today at PC Richards in Northport. I was first assisted by the manager Steve who took the time to find out what would be the best washer and dryer based on our needs. He then had Dimitri, a sales associate, explain all the details of a few different models and made our decision and whole experience very satisfying. I would highly recommend seeking out Steve and Dimitri if you are looking for any appliances.

There are other places to shop, I guess... I only go to PC Richards because I trust that I am going to get a good deal. The sales people are incredibly helpful, without being aggressive. I have been a customer for many, many years. They are the best with sales and service. Every appliance I own I have purchased from them. They make me feel like family at the Elwood store and their friendly service is always appreciated.

Sales people are always ready to help and not pushy at all.. The manager Steve is great and actually personally helped me on more than a few occasions. Selection is good, so are the prices. The store is clean and everyone is very nice. I can honestly say, I havent gone to any other appliance store in as long as I can remember. If I didnt recently move to Colorado, Id still be going there.

Excellent store. Excellent staff. Excellent Managers. I got to the store really late, almost at closing. The manager on duty kept store open past closing to help me. My refrigerator died and Bosco help me find a new one. We wrapped up the sale and he called me first thing in the morning and was able to get me delivery that day. Bosco went above and beyond for me.
