The printer at the store has been broken for 3 days! I finally got my prints and everyone looks orange. After several attempts to reach a human at the store, I was told to resubmit the order. The system was "processing" for several hours. I called the store again and finally reached a person who told me to call the 888 customer service number. After holding for over 20 minutes, I hung up. The store did say that they would reprint my cards free of charge - thank you, but what should have been completed the next business day is now into its 4th day. All this for a good deal through Groupon!

Very Disappointing with the copy & printing division employers. they are not committed to satisfy the customers. work is very slow and lazy. people have to wait for hours for very simple work to be done. management have to take look on it.
