Great experience. I live in Huntington and shopped several Ford dealerships before going to Crown Ford in Lynbrook. The manager Mike Bruno and sales associate David were knowledgeable, professional,accommodating gentleman. I purchased my car and filled out all the nessesary paperwork in less than an hour with no hidden cost or pressure. The next day I picked up my Edge, another manager Mike met me at the front door and escorted me to his office where I had to sign a few papers and I was done. Mike took the time to explaine all the features my Edge offers. Mike went thru everything and answered all my questions clearly and patiently. I will and have recommended Crown Ford. The Crown Ford team treats clients honestly with respect and no hassle. Thanks to the two Mikes and David - I am so happy with my Ford Edge !!!!

Leased an Escape in late 2015. Although I feel I overpaid it was my own fault for not doing more research. What I gave the five stars for was the service. I have brought the car there 4 times and they have kept their appointments and got me out of there in spectacular time. 2 times it was for squeaking noises around the dashboard. Both times I left there and the problem was fixed but already I have another sound I need to bring it in for but that is not the service departments fault. The other two times were for oil changes and I was out of there both times in 20 minutes. The men there are courteous and respectful of your time. The waiting room is clean and has a television. When my lease is up I will go there well-prepared!

Joe Fusco was my salesman and made mine and my girlfriends experience with buying a used car painless. I was so stressed over having to go through this but he put us both at ease and never once made us feel pressured or question what he was telling us. He was so ,so friendly, had a great sense of humor,multi tasked his butt off, and really, truly made us feel Blessed !! Without a doubt, if you want to buy a Ford, call Crown and ask for Joe. Outstanding Dealership! I have been dealing with Crown Ford for almost 20 years now and theyve always been awesome at providing great deals and quality service. Their entire staff, from sales to service, have always been a pleasure to deal with. Right now I have 3 Fords from their dealership in my driveway. Was happy with purchase initially but once some issues came up their service department was a disappointment. I am still waiting for a call back in regards to a part for over a month now. I called last week and they said it was there and would call me right back when they find it. I guess a week later they are still looking. Very disappointing experience. Will definitely not be purchasing a Ford again.

The staff at Crown Ford is great! Theyre friendly, professional and they try their best to help me when servicing my car. The car on the other hand is a different story! I have a 2015 Escape Titanium and I hate it. It has cut off on me, had various recalls and has not lived up to my expectations at all! I have leased 3 Fusions prior to this and wish I stuck with them instead.

I just recently got a bill from a rental place they made me go to thats they were supposed to pay for but ive learned to expect the worst from ford. Literaly cannot wait to trade my car in

Ask for a service quote is like pulling teeth! You want me to bring my car in, but refuse to give a ballpark figure on specific services. Why? Simple damn question.... 2012 Ford Fusion, struts all around and a tune up.... HOW MUCH!!!!?????? Dont go to Valley Streams if youre black. They treat you like youre poor.

Took my car there to check a strange sound and change the oil, they did the oil and told me they couldnt hear the sound !! if they drove the car they would have definitely heard the sound !! but seems they didnt bother !
