Do some homework on these reviews, many of the POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE NOT LEGIT. Social media will be your friend as you will see. My lesson has been learned and now...YOUVE BEEN WARNED! Dont just take my word for it, read the comments and reviews ALL OVER THE INTERNET...there is a common theme. Mr. Charles Mckeithan, I have a 2007 BMW X3 for sale if youre interested!? Seriously, call me you have my number and were connected on LinkedIn. Ill make you a good deal! (just make sure you buy the extended warranty too Mr. Mckeithan.) Just 16-months ago I was signing the paperwork for our used 2007 BMW X3 in Charles Mckeithans office, General Manager of UAB, when he said, "...make sure you buy the extended warranty..." I listened and acted with my Credit Union, but Mckeithans advice came across as a warning as if he knew his cars were not of great quality. Their slogan should be: "UAB, the largest indoor showroom of clean [BUSTED] cars in the Southeast." Or how about, "UAB, where detailing hides everything." Pay very close attention to their level of commitment to detailing, and cleaning. Sounds nice, but think deeper. Check the floors for oil leaks (many cars leaking oil). When I asked my sales rep why so many cars were leaking oil he said, "..they just cleaned them." That makes NO sense, is UAB washing their cars with oil? At this point I SHOULDVE RUN out of the front door or any nearest exit. Be very cautious about purchasing a vehicle from United Auto Brokers (UAB). Yes, their cars are clean and the indoor showroom is impressive, but the shine wears off fast. Take your business to a reputable dealer or else. I purchased a 2007 BMW X3 from UAB in April 20014 (16-months ago). In that amount of time weve done nothing but pour money into auto repairs. Heres a list of the items I can think of: Ignition Coil, Spark Plugs, Multiple Tows, Gear Positioning Sensor, Electric Water Pump Thermostat, New Hoses, Radiator, Coolant Reservoir, *NEW ENGINE BLOCK and engine REBUILD, New Tires, New Key (the single key I was given failed), New Battery, Starter, Immobilizer Unit, Intake Manifold Gasket...and thats JUST WHAT I CAN THINK OF RIGHT NOW! *Note on the engine blocks of BMWs, theyre aluminum. This is important because aluminum is a very soft metal. If your UAB BMWs radiator should fail and hoses disconnect causing the engine to overheat (even for 2 seconds) youre going to be buying a new engine. I did purchase an extended warrant, THANK GOD, but Im still out several thousand dollars. At this rate I couldve bought TWO vehicles from a more deserving dealer and I couldve saved on gas as I drove to Atlanta from Charlotte to give UAB a shot at my business. Now they will NEVER see me again and I will do my best to warn friends, family, social media, internet shoppers to STEER CLEAR of UAB...where you can great GREAT DEALS ON CLEAN [BUSTED] CARS. Lesson learned and now YOUVE BEEN WARNED! If you MUST buy from UAB, bought 10 extended warranties, because youre gonna need them. PS - and the process took ALL DAY!

Beware, they are about making bucks, not making customers happy. There was a particular car I was looking at in this Dealership. I had inquired about the car. Checked the AutoCheck (Carfax) and everything checked out okay. I started neglecting with a sale rep by the name, Samad. This took place on an Friday morning. Samad (the sales rep) had advised me that the car was in great condition and had no problems what so ever. With this, I was excited about everything. He wanted me to come in for a test drive So; I head up after work to test drive the car. After driving an hour and half to test drive the car. I get there and another guy by the name of Marco. Advised me that the car was in the shop getting worked on!? Samad, had left for the day. Couldnt he have told me this by phone, instead of letting me drive an hour and an half just to be told its not available!? Can you imagine how I felt after driving an hour and a half, just to be told, the car is in the shop and won’t be fixed until tomorrow. So, with that I waited, called the next day, Saturday. Was advised it would be ready Monday. Then on Monday, check back with us on Wednesday. Wednesday came and nothing. Thursday, finally after many repeat attempts, I had confirmed that the car was in fact ready to be checked out. Of course, like any normal working American, I was working Thursday. I attempted to get off early and go check it out. Infact, I did. When I got up there, after about 2 hours of driving; there was another customer looking at the same car. In fact, the other customer had begun the financing process. The sales guy basically prolonged my interest and tried to put me something that I knew I didn’t want. I told him several times. I was not interested. He was a sales man. I know he was doing his job but if the guy knew there was a problem with the car, why insist there was nothing wrong with it in the beginning? I would be in the car if he wouldnt lied to me. The other customer got the car only because of the bad communication on Samads part. If he would have told me what was going on instead of trying to make a sale. I would have bought this car originally on Friday (the first day of contact) with the problem intact. If I didnt feel like I was being pushed and played into something else, I wouldnt be writing this review. I doubt if I will ever do business with this company ever again. Beware, of what you’re getting yourself into. Just for grins, I test drive the second car and it appeared to have a transmission issue. When I confirmed this with the sales man, Samad. Of course, Samad denied it. BeWARE!!!

I personally wouldnt buy a car from this place or even waste time driving in for a test drive. When you enter you are greeted by a rather attractive receptionist. Then, you sign in and before you know it you are on a tour and get a chance to view some high-end luxury cars like a Lamborghini, Nissan GT-R, BMWs and Mercedes E/S-class AMGs. The warehouse is divided into two sides. The dealer claims that the showroom is a "climate controlled environment", however my guest and I were sweating like no other. As we searched the showroom we saw things youd hope to never see. The first area of concern was that my guest spotted a small puddle of cherry red fluid with a trail leading towards the back garage door. This puddle of fluid was on the side of the warehouse that houses the GTRs, AMGs, etc. It doesnt matter what your aptitude for auto-mechanic work is because common sense says red fluid is never a good sign. But what do I know right?? That fluid was probably just Hawaiian punch or at least that was how the salesperson treated the situation. Anyhow, the salesperson stepped right over the fluid and we continued our tour. I drove 50 miles so I allowed the tour to continue. We spotted one car that I liked and the salesperson opened the driver side passenger door and hit the front bumper of a BMW parked next to it. He showed no care and continued showing us the features of the car. I passed on this now dented car and saw a late model E-class Mercedes that I wanted to test drive. I asked the associate to start her up and was told no. It was stated that the exhaust fumes would enter the office. Picture that, a car dealer doesnt want to start a car because of fumes. That response said it all. I then began to ask for a quick test drive and before I could finish my sentence I stopped and noticed the 10-15 cars blocking the Mercedes from the garage door. I walked around and found many cars were 15-20 cars deep and could never really be test driven. I informed the salesperson that I would never buy a car without hearing it start and drive. He informed me that this business is an online business and that he had other customers. Before I knew it I was standing in the middle of a showroom warehouse with my guest and no help. We left and I went to a Mercedes-Benz dealership and purchased a certified pre-owned E-class with all the bells, whistles, and red carpet. Youve been warned about this place.
