*update* Brown Squirrel has been very helpful and we have re-selected furniture and should receive it in 2 weeks. This go around their customer service has been wonderful and we are really happy to finally have this resolved! We purchased a sectional couch from Brown Squirrel on 9/8/15. Only a couple of months after purchasing it was ripped in several places. We had also purchased the warranty after the salesman recommended it. The sectional + ottoman was $1199+279 and the warranty was $149. After filing a claim with the warranty company it was months before we heard from them and when we finally did we were given options on how to proceed given the extent of the damage: A) Settlement in the amount of:$440.00 --A check will sent to you in this amount. You will keep the furniture as-is and the plan will terminate on the affected piece(s) B) Replacement of the furniture --Guardsman will authorize a replacement at the original retailer where you purchased the furniture. --The replacement furniture is not eligible for Guardsman protection plan coverage --Retailer will pick up damaged item upon delivery B1) BUYBACK in the amount of $365.00 --You may choose to keep the furniture as-is and also receive the replacement if you pay Guardsman with Visa or Mastercard. --Retailer will NOT pick up the damaged item upon delivery --The replacement furniture is not eligible for Guardsman protection coverage plan and the plan will terminate on the affected piece(s) Given our furniture wasnt even paid for since it was only a few months old the best option was for us to replace the sectional. We went to Brown Squirrel and told them that given the fact we could not get a warranty on the new sectional (of course the warranty company wouldnt cover it!!!) we would rather get something else. Why in the world would we want to get the same thing that barely held up for 1 month?!?! They refused to let us choose something else instead.....so we were stuck getting the same piece that was such poor quality it was covered with rips in hardly any time. When the new couch arrived it was so upsetting to see how faded and dull our sectional was when it was barely a year old at this time :( The new couch we received in January of 2016 (yes a year later) and we are now one year after receiving the new one and guess what?? Its torn and ripping!!! Shortly after we bought the original sectional we spent another 4K with Brown Squirrel on a bedroom suit.....our king bed rail (side decorative rail) split....however it was replaced. Even after spending so much money the customer service was terrible. Unless you want cheap furniture that will fall apart and customer service that could care less if you are happy then DO NOT shop here.

We purchased a stock couch, that was out of stock. We were told they would take delivery the first of the following month (30 days),and would call to set up a delivery to our home; for the inconvenience, they would give free delivery. I called on the expected arrival date and was told "the girl who does the ordering is out until Monday", the call I received on Monday from Vanessa told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 20 days! Brown squirrel furniture was very prompt in processing my credit card, But Im looking at a 50 day turn around on a stock item. I have a feeling if I had made a down payment with the balance on delivery, this would have gone more smoothly.

We bought a kitchen dining set here weeks ago visiting my parents and absolutely loved it. On our way out we found a formal couch and loveseat set. We ended up having to bring a trailer back up to drive it to Atlanta so they stored it for us until we could get back into town. The staff could not have been nicer with all the help they gave us! They went beyond the call of duty and even texted us photos upon request so we could confirm the style and color that would match our decor! Thank you so much! I had a wonderful experience shopping here. My salesperson was Kathy Cote. Like a lot of people we had space limitations to work around. She had great suggestions and worked tirelessly to get us what we needed. Later on I had to make some revisions due to my own poor planning. Kathy was so patient and helpful and managed to keep track of everything even when my head was spinning with all the details. I really like the the store, and the people working there make it a very satisfying experience. If you go there, ask for Kathy and she will take great care of you.

After a HORRIBLE experience with Knoxville Wholesale Furniture, we went to Brown Squirrel. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient, professional and it cost us $200 less without all the hassle. Even the warehouse guys loaded and tied down our purchase and were the nicest guys..that says a lot about teamwork. Read the reviews of KWF before you buy there..Brown Squirrel is top notch. bryan

CHEAP JUNK...I BOUGHT A NEW LIVING ROOM SUITE FROM THIS PLACE, AND SO DID MY FRIEND..BOTH LASTED MABEY A YEAR, AND THEN WE WERE ALMOST SITTING IN THE FLOOR..THE FOAM IN THE CUSHIONS DONT LAST BUT A FEW MONTHS, AND THEN THEY WILL BREAK DOWN..CHEAP JUNK IS ALL THIS PLACE SELLS..THEY SHOULD BE SUED..THIS CHEAP JUNK IS MADE TO LOOK AT ONLY, NOT TO SIT ON...GOODWILL SELLS BETTER STUFF..

Bought furniture. Paid cash. They told me it would be delivered on Dec 9th. Now all the old furniture is gone and company coming Thursday and no furniture. When I called after staying home all day waiting the dont even have it on a truck. Just lovely a house full of people and nothing from Brown Squire.

After waiting a month for a local competitor to get our couch in that we prepaid for, We called Brown Squirrel after seeing a couch we wanted online. They had it available same day and its much nicer than the other guys couch. Kathy was our salesperson she was super pleasant to do business with.

Bought a sectional couch and a coffee table. The couch started breaking down within 4 months. Also we had to threaten a refund to have our furniture delivered after two days of being late. For what we paid wasnt worth it.

Prices very, plenty of selections to choose from. Restrooms are clean. Employees like owner are nice, considerate and very knowledgeable. Plenty of parking, easy to locate,offers delivery, upholstery services,etc
