Bought an Infiniti G35 from Younker Nissan, Renton, recently. Even though I found comparable prices elsewhere, I bought it from this dealership believing it to be reputable. Before I bought the car, I was called once, twice, sometimes even three times a day - as is to be expected perhaps. However, once I bought the car, it has been, uh, not so pleasant. Four days after I bought the car, the battery ran out of juice. However, I noticed that the "Check Engine Soon" light came on. I called Younker Nissan to get it checked out. Even though the car was still under warranty, the sales manager told me that it was "beyond the sale" and asked me to take it to some Infiniti dealership. When I said that I bought it from a dealership to avoid such hassles, I was told that they would take care of "bigger issues", but not minor ones. I got tired of the conversation and finally, I took it to an Infiniti dealership where they "fixed" the issue - apparently, the air filter had been changed (presumably by Younker Nissan) and the computer code wasnt reset. The labor for this was priced at $149 + taxes, which the Infiniti dealership said my dealership would pay since it was obviously something they hadnt taken care of. Not obvious to Younker Nissan though. They basically insinuated I was lying by saying that I must have done something while I jumped the car. I talked to the owner, who was nice about it, but repeated what his sales guy told me. He said I got a good deal and therefore, they didnt want to "throw away" any more money. Finally, I called the Infiniti dealership and told them I was considering taking an extended warranty once mine ran out and they waived it. The entire episode left a very bad taste and I would certainly not recommend it to anybody I know.

I bought a 2005 Ford Escape from this dealership towards the end of the last year. I went there with my little girl because we needed a commuter. I chose this dealership because of the reviews and because her father had also purchased a vehicle from this exact dealership. I havent had my car for 8 months and after taking it to two shops, I was told the engine needs an ENTIRE REBUILD!! Its burning so much oil I dont feel comfortable with my kid in the car with me. The smell is horrible! The warranty that I bought with this vehicle ( Ameriplus) has strung me along. Ive paid over $300 just between diagnostics and the first shop to do a partial tuneup since at one point my vehicle started smoking due to oil spilling all over the spark plugs. I have never been s disappointed. I have thousands of dollars of repairs to this vehicle that Im making monthly payments on that I barely drive now. Very thankful I didnt trade in my other vehicle…turns out my older car they wouldnt buy, is more reliable than the vehicle they sold to me. Also, they lost my spare keys after calling me to pick them up twice. Smh….just no.

Ive had served interactions with this dealership including sales and service. On the sales side dont expect much haggling when it comes to buying a new vehicle I ended up buying from Nissan in puyallup. After buying my vehicle I had three recalls that needed to be taken care and while this dealership is closest to me every time I called to schedule decal work they couldnt get me in and but Bellevue Nissan was able to accommodate me and get me in the next day by driving in. This dealership has recently remodeled but they dont have express bays for tire rotation and oil changes which makes no sense if they are so busy why would they not do this if they recently remodeled and know their biggest profit centers demands to meet their customers needs. FYI I just learned if you would like to get an oil change here youll need to schedule it out two weeks in advance. I wont be giving this dealership any of my business.

My friend just acquired an Altima with an exhaust noise. She insisted she would go to Nissan to get the best service. The estimate was $1700. We then heard, word of mouth, about how honest and helpful the management and staff were at Midas on Rainier. Luis, the owner, showed us that the flex pipe, near the front, had an improper weld and was causing the noise. $180 of welding and 90 minutes later, problem solved. My guess is that Nissan has a completely assembled exhaust system and cant tie up the repair bay for less. Maybe theyll stick their nose in the air and say that welding as a repair "isnt proper" in their professional opinion. Do you suppose that a profit motive colors their judgement? I wonder why single women feel hesitant trusting the dealership? Maybe its just one service writer, but management allows him to operate like that.

This place is Great! Ive had my troubles with many different deals and dealerships but this place is not one of those places, I recommend this place if you what to be treated with Respect and not pressured into buying a car. I live in Tacoma and I drove out to Renton unsure what my experience would be but Tom give me his word and stock by it he never left me in the dark and explained every little detail I wanted to know. He keep it 100% and told me that there would be other fees but not to worry because he would still try and keep the $Price as close to what we discussed as possible. GREAT JOB! Top of my list hands down, If you want to be treated right and leave with a vehicle Go to Younker Nissan in -Renton-

A drunk driver totaled my wifes car in our driveway in the middle of the night. We were shaken and in need of a positive car buying experience. We went to Younker Nissan in Renton. We LOVED our interactions with this dealership. Our salesman, Greg Jones, was no pressure and very patient with us. I would recommend anyone to Greg. After two different visits that week, test driving several cars, we picked the one for us. Jimmy, the General Manager even sat down with us while the paperwork was being draw up. He just wanted to thank us and get to know us. We have no "buyers remorse" at all. We would definitely purchase from Younkers Nissan and salesman Greg Jones again!

This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced. The sales reps will straight up lie to you to make a sale. I was told that the vehicle I purchased was not commercially used. After taking it home and washing it I can see where the logos for a cable company were removed. Also the battery died literally a week after purchasing it and this is one of the first things they check to resale a car. Also I probably greatly over paid for the vehicle I purchased, but I needed a secondary truck to pull a boat. They also are very pushy, and are rude. I would not recommend going to this dealer they do whatever possible to get you to buy their junk vehicles.

I went to Younker Nissan to purchase a Nissan Leaf. People there are very friendly. I was greeted promptly by Gleb Timurshin, and Jeff Fechner. Over the next couple of days, they both worked hard on working out a deal for the leaf I was interested in. They were prompt in answering questions, making recommendations, and sending additional information - through phone and email. Eventually, I did not purchase the leaf since the deal did not quiet reach the price point I was looking for - but left impressed with the way they treat their customers. Best Regards, Gopal Nair.
