Went back to Honda Oakland to have a sound checked out in my clutch, fingers crossed it would still be under warranty, and hoping I wouldnt be taken for an easy target of extra add-ons and charges... I had nothing to worry about. Ashley was so sweet on the phone, answered all my many questions, and Christina, who checked me in, was AMAZING. She broke down all the fees, double checked I wasnt repeating services I didnt need, and put me at ease that they would figure it out that crazy noise. After a little while working in the nice waiting area, Christina let me know the car was done but Stephen, the mechanic, was unable to make the noise. Stephen and I drove around the center and I reproduced the sound, Ah Ha! Stephen new from just one instance- replace the clutch, covered under warranty (score!!) They ordered my part the next day, called me to bring the car back on Sat, so I brought my dog and husband with me this morning. We were met with smiles and we all left (including the dog) and with cookies, Cant wait to pick my baby up later this afternoon! Vrooom Vroom keep up the great work!!!

Decently fast service with a lot of shuttle offerings if you need. Dropped my car off and said I suspect a specific researched problem. They looked up my car and said there was also a recall for an airbag and could do it the same day. So I left my car and they called me later saying that the problem was what I suspected and gave me a estimate. Pricing was higher than normal but I was willing to pay it for the convenience and same day service. They ended up running late on it and gave me an extra discount which was a really nice touch. All in all I would come back here but only for the really big service needs, typical things like oil changes should be done somewhere cheaper.

Great! I have no doubt about the service here and their eagerness. But after couple times I had to take my car in for the same issue and seemed like everytime it got fix, a couple of weeks, the same issue will happen again and again. Seems like it is a neverending issue! So now I am not certain if this ongoing issue has been diagnosed properly. I only bought the car for 3-4 months but I have been coming back and forth for many times!

Honda Oakland always takes care of my Mocha (thats my car). My guy Johnny takes care of me each time we go over my report and then I can plan financially for upcoming costs like tires, brakes etc. I have been to 2 other Honda service centers in the East Bay and Oakland is the BEST by far!!
