HORRIBLE!!! My wife & I special ordered a new chair from them. When it finally came in after waiting 6 weeks, we picked it up & took it home. When we got it inside, we found the one front leg mount was broken off. We called the manager at the store & her reaction was, it was fine when it was at the store. Instead of having us bring it back, she had us call lazy boy to have a repair man come to our house to look at it. They couldnt come for 4weeks just to look at it. He came out 4 weeks later just to tell us that we should have taken it back to the store when we got it, because it was defective & needed a whole new left side of the chair, because the wood was split & defective & the material had a small tear. Lazy boy would not replace the chair, so they ordered the whole new side of the chair. 6 weeks later when the part came in, we had to schedule a repair man to come to our house to repair it. Yet another 3-4 weeks till he could come out! He came out & repaired it.......after 4 months from ordering our new chair we have our chair that we can actually sit in. They never offered any kind of help of any kind......just multiple "Im sorry, this is really strange" & "Im not sure what happened". NEVER AGAIN! The worst customer service I have ever encountered!

Got a great deal on a recliner! The staff was amazing! We went to 4 different stores before lazy boy and regret not going there first! The staff was great, they played Simon Says and told knock knock jokes to our son and another familys son while we were checking out the merchandise and checking out! Had a fabulous experience and will be back for more!"
