The customer service in the front of the store is outrageous! Staff is very unhelpful and running around like a chicken with their head cut off. All I wanted was to pay for my glasses and I sat for almost an hour asking multiple times for help and they ignored me. If the store was busy and full of customers I would have understood but it was not. After I finally received help, she added everything up and included the poly carbonate lenses as well as a few other features WITHOUT ASKING ME IF I WANTED THAT!!!! Luckily I knew exactly how much my copay for lenses was. I then learned (after being told your organization IS in my network) that you are not! So I wasted nearly 2 hours of my time. I eventually told her I would get my glasses elsewhere because after how I was treated I refused to give stanton optical any of my money. The doctor and his assistant in the back were WONDERFUL, the front of the store is AWFUL and I will make sure everyone knows it!

Just finished eye appointment. I was there for almost two hours. I will say I took a great deal of time choosing frames, hence the longer stay. Chad and the other staff were very friendly, however, the doctor was not. When I went into the exam room, he never introduced himself, said hello or even indicated he was remotely interested in being there. He seemed irritated, and short. I even considered ending the appointment before it ever started. I did mention this to Chad, who was most apologetic. There is a different doctor on Mondays, I would recommend going on a Monday. They have not been open long, and it takes time to work out the kinks. They do seem understaffed for the volume of business, but I understand they are in the process of hiring additional staff. I will review again after picking up my glasses in about 10 days.

The dr was great but the staff just let the phone ring and ring and whenever someone walked in the door they rolled their eyes. Now Im trying to find out what the hold up is on my glasses and ... guess what... the phone just rings and rings. Update: called EVERYDAY this week. Got a team member 1 time , said she would call me back... no return call and when I called the next day... no answer. I have emailed the comment below. Well see. Update: customer retention did email me, and did let me know when my glasses were ready. Picked them up - and the prescription is TOTALLY WRONG!

Was just there 6.26.17. All the staff was great. Yes Chad is very friendly and helpful. Abrica knows her stuff and extremely sweet!! Went on Monday when theres the one older Optician. Hes very nice and personable even though a lot of people began walking in. I strongly suggest making an appointment. That should get you ahead of people who just walk in. I have four stars only because of the stock of glasses for younger teens. No Nike or some of the cool brands teens like. Have not received glasses yet due to special order of transition lenses. Will post update if any problems.

My husband and I had an awesome experience at Stanton. We were greeted right when we walked into the door,very friendly and energetic staff. The eye exam took no time at all. They were there every step of the process of my husband choosing his glasses,to make sure they were the perfect fit. Great customer service after he purchased his glasses. Would highly recommend them to anyone

Victoria & Summer went above and beyond to make sure that I left with my glasses ordered. (My prescription is special). My daughter also had an appointment and she was also helped by Victoria and Summer. Her prescription was filled and she left with two pairs of glasses in hand. I highly recommend that you go to Stanton Optical to see these ladies for all of your optical needs.

I would highly recommend Stanton optical! I had a very positive experience saw the nice optometrist quickly got my prescription quickly and had new glasses in no time. Customer service was awesome. The staff are very friendly! I was helped by sommer and Victoria who are very helpful and sweet ladies who really went above and beyond just to help me and my mom . Thanks guys! :)

The weekend of mothers day my two sisters, mom and I went to get glasses and Summer helped us tremendously and we really liked her customer service. She was so great and we got out of there fast and got what we needed. She was so good at what she does and had so much patience. They were super busy and the whole time we were not rush. Will come back again.

Once we were able to actually speak to someone the service was great, but they are seriously understaffed and have taken over 40 minutes to actually provide service during my last 3 visits. They have a good selection and fair prices, so no complaints there. I just hope they get more staff soon.

Hope you never need to call them, they dont answer their phone and the service they advertise is not accurate. Almost at the point of doing a charge back and going elsewhere. They are good at bait and switch when it comes to pricing. Be sure to compare other prices before entering their lair.

I seen the sign for the FREE eye exam, which costed me $45.00 and there was not really two pair of glasses for $69. But, the service was great and was they were very helpful!
