Once again I received a call (message on my phone) from the optometrists office, informing me of the date, and time of my appointment, and that I should call to cancel, if I cant make it. I didnt make the appointment, they did, I wouldnt mind a reminder call..." its been a year..." etc. But why they think that I am, or will make myself available on the date and time they choose is beyond me. I did not, and will not call to cancel an appointment I didnt make. This is the second time they have done this, and I told them not to call me again the first time. The last time I purchased glasses from them, they added the optional insurance charge to my bill, without telling me, luckily I noticed , and made them remove it. I wont go back.

I decided to see the doctors at LensCrafters for an eye exam when my own, private practice Opthalmologists office told me that there was an almost 3 month waiting period to see her! LensCrafters saw me within 2 days! Dr. Plug was very professional, kind, and answered my questions without hesitation. When I had to return because one of my contacts wasnt focusing as I thought it should, she took me right away as a walk-in the very next day, with no appointment or waiting period. That is what I call top-notch service, and that they care about the customer is abundantly evident. I will be coming here from now on for all my eye needs.

I ordered 4 pair of glasses. Single vision. 2 for reading and 2 for distance. $1300.00. JUNK!!!!!!!!!!! Absolute JUNK. They keep slipping off . The springs in them are so weak. I should not be surprised. The frames are made in CHINA. JUNK!!!! I would never go back there. Since then I have purchased a pair from my local optometrist and the frames are made in Italy. I love them.
