Dr. Guzik and Sheree the contact lady were both nice. The ladies at the desk were nice too. Ive changed jobs and cities multiple times and going to Union Eye Care in Parma again was one of the reasons I was glad to be back in Cleveland. The last time I went however, I decided to look at glasses and I had a bad experience with one of the guys in the eye glass room. He was condescending to me because I didnt see a pair I liked and he tried to talk me out of the style I was looking for several times. I ended up going to Lenscrafters and immediately found 8 pairs I liked. The guy at Union told me, "Theres 1700 pairs of glasses here and you cant find one you like?" (Not in a friendly way). And "I know what Im saying and you dont want large framed glasses, they wont look good." Sorry pal, thats the trend and I know what Im looking for. They had a bad selection of designer frames at Union. I politely told him I was going to look around (at other places) before I commit. Glasses are expensive and I last bought a pair 6 years ago. At Lenscrafters, the associate was very helpful and I found a wide selection of frames there. When I tried to check out, Union had put a hold of some sort on my insurance that made it seem I had already used my glasses benefit. We had to call my insurance who had to clear it up with Union and it took forever! Bad experience if youre looking for glasses. No complaints with my contact lens experiences in the past!

Got me and my sister the wrong frames (ones we would never THINK about wearing) and rudely insisted they were the ones we picked. Told us there was no way they messed up and made us feel stupid for even coming. My sister and I are extremely pissed off and hate our glasses but we need them to see. Only reason we came here was because our insurance covered it. I suggest never coming here.

First off, 10 days to make the lenses? Wow. But i was stuck due to my insurance. Then theyre done, but with weird striations in the lenses. Unwearable. Wait 10 more days. Now Ive had them not even a year and a sodder is loose and one screw has come out twice now. Terrible craftsmanship, and I dont play any hard sports or anything. Go anywhere else.

Horrible service, rude staff. I purchased glasses for my 6 year old daughter along with a life time warranty. When the glasses were inevitably broken, because shes 6! And thats what they do. The office had no record of her or her exam or the warranty. If your vision is important to you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

The woman on the phone and front desk is beyond unprofessional. I have no idea why they have someone with such poor communication skills at a front desk. If they didnt accept my insurance I would much rather go anywhere but here. She always ensures that I have a negative experience after any visit or call.

Ive been coming here for a few years and the office is modest but the people are great. I always get Dr. Hassinger who is super kind and I love Maria for help picking out my glasses. Maria is awesome and has a great personality.
