Sales man is a great guys doing his best to make things happen we have had the car less then 2 months and the back motor mount is falling apart the a.c. compressor went out and the power stearing went out also we had a deal With the sales man that the a.c. would be fixed they charged it and we have been calling for a month and a half with no response from anyone so finally we get a hold of someone dropped it off Monday at 1 pm today is Wednesday at 430 they wanna charge 700 to fix the a.c. and the power stearing pump in the paper work said 90 days warranty so the lady up front said we have to pay them to fix everything. After the mechanic looked at the car today they should see the motor mount was bad but nothing was said to us Get everything in writing and take all cars u wanna by to a mechanic to be checked be for you buy them and they wanna charge 700 to fix the a.c. and the power stearing pump in the paper work said 90 days warranty so the lady up front said we have to pay them to fix everything That lady said "what you dont take a car to a shop to be checked Befor you buy it" My response " your a dealership with a shop so no i should not have too " So make sure you take any car you are interested in to a shop Befor You sign any paperwork Sucks bad people to deal with

-1 Stars Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. The so-called manager, Bethany, never returned my calls, did not handle my complaints sincerely, and was rude to say the least. I had my car towed (120dollars) to them due to a bad, smoking starter. They told me it was the battery and charged me 180 dollars. I was dropped off to pick the car up, started it up with a big delay, got down the street to get gas, tried to start again and no... IT WAS THE STARTER! Which is what they told me, the next morning, after I was stranded in Arlington the night before... They fixed the starter this time, no charge. Thank you. I still had to come out of pocket the whole time for rides to/from school/work for 4 different family members. Now... the car is once again, immobile. 3 days later. I was just told that I call up there too much. Too much?! Maybe if I talked to a real manager the first time I called at 9:00 am, and not a so-called manager at 4:30pm there wouldnt be so many calls in between dont ya think? I call too much?! Maybe my car is broken down in front of a department store and I had to walk home yesterday. Maybe I dont know how the kids are getting to school tomorrow and how Im getting to my job interview? Yea, but I call too much right?! GTFOH

Oh my god if there was a way to give 0 stars I would. The car they put me in left me stranded more times than I could count the A/C never worked but was promised it would be fixed. After taking the car in for a week at a time twice with no substitute to still be able to get to work I gave up on their attempts to fix my car. Not to mention I have infant twins with no circulating air! And van windows dont roll down! I told them to come and get the piece of crap back in October and its STILL sitting here in front of my house. And I pray to GOD you dont get the ghetto account rep Jessica who heaven forbid should actually do her job. After telling me to call back trying to get the van picked up multiple times she finally told me no one would be coming and and the van now got a ticket on it!! Worst company ever do not buy from here.

This is absolutely the worst car lot to purchase a vehicle. The down payment and monthly payments are very cheap and that is the only good thing about this lot. I purchased a vehicle from them and I told them about the problems before I sign the paperwork and they said they would fix them, no charge since I told them before purchasing. Needless to say after three different trips to there so-called mechanic nothing was fixed they said they fixed. I was told that all that was wrong was my brakes needed to be adjusted. I took it to a real mechanic and ended up replacing the wheel bearings, tire rods, brake pads, rotor and front-end alignment. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I went to this car lot because the down payment was cheap, and the monthly payments were going to be cheap as well. Not even two, TWO hours of getting the car it broke down on me. I had my little girl with me, and we were stuck in the heat. supposedly they were going to fix the car and a few days later it did the same thing. I was driving on the freeway, and the car messed up on me once again. I took it to a shop so that they could tell me what was wrong with the car. O Wings said that they fixed it, and what popped up on the machine was the very part they said they "fixed" I would never go back there again. It was a waste of time, and my money.

OWINGS is not the place it used to be. If you are looking for real help DO NOT go to this company. Years back, like 10-15 , I bought 3 cars from Owings. Recently I went back due to falling on hard times going through a divorce and getting sick and they DID NOT CARE. I miss the days when Miss Renie was there and she would understand when things called life happened. Now they give you 30 days to pay and then repo your car when you have explained when you can pay. THEY DO NOT CARE when you have problems. THEY WOULD RATHER repo your car and leave you on the verge of losing your job too.. DO NOT GO TO OWINGS.

I bought my Yukon here in 2011 ... My Aunt and Mom each bought a Taurus ... all 3 are now paid off since 2014 and still rolling with COLD air conditioning ... Johnny was my salesman LOVE HIM !!! and Mickey was my account rep THE GREATEST !!! ... If people are having all these problems maybe its karma for not taking care of your car or for past repossessions ?? I dont know but I do know I will ALWAYS go to Owings Auto ... My son purchase a car there it was and impala 09 since day one it did have no water no oil but my son fix it and every week it was something new that he had to fix motor mounts tires every part in the car was to ol d watch out and they dont give you another car if the one you purchase broke down...then it was the water pump my son payed about 3000 for that car ....then we called it in plz people Im so serious this people are terrible waste of trash.....they rude unpolite ....that was are experience we had.....sorry car dealer
