BEWARE!! Furniture looks great at a great price. SARA Collection Furniture is NOT a great quality. The furniture (sofa) will last about 6 month at regular use before u have an issue. Customer Service (when they answer) will tell you they will pick it up for repair, but chances are they never set the delivery after they give you a date. You will have several more issues, and although it is "still under warranty" the fix will be sloppy, they will procrastinate to get it fix. My furniture has been fixed several times and its still broke. The "extended warranty" will not cover A LOT of scenarios, so be careful what you tell them, and they will not cover unless the warranty is over. JENNIFER from customer service will rarely note your account when you call for service or request. She had told me twice a date of service. Only to find out after I get my days off from work that she didnt schedule the delivery or the "home service" to stitch the furniture. Stitching was done in a very sloppy manner by someone they sent (it got un-stitched in January, so lasted about 4 months). In SAMANTHA, Jennifers supervisor, seem to work with more ethic and respect. I believe shes the most qualified in customer care because she does get things done in a timely manner. This past January one of the legs base broke, leaving the sofa inclined to the side (mind you I rarely sit there since Im a flight attendant and Im not home a lot). She tried to perform an exchange of my discontinued, damaged, low quality furniture but her manager DID NOT authorized it, knowing the issues Ive had. Her name is SARA. Sara is extremely rude and will have no kind of compassion or manners. Samantha politely offered me to talk to her see if the lady would change her mind. By far, the worst customer service manager I have seen in my life. Not because she didnt exchange it, but the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE she had. She answered my call after 2 voicemail of 2 different days unanswered, questioning me why do I have to contact her and "Well, you get what you paid for..." Since Jan of 2017 Ive had to made a total of 33 calls between calling to have my furniture picked up and attempting to schedule the delivery of it, and get my ottoman fixed too. They came to pick up the sectional but they said the ottoman was not on the invoice. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now, they have agreed to pick it up when they deliver the section. Well see... BEL Furniture is the WORST furniture company. Im not exaggerating, you will not be happy. Theres a reason it is rated low. I never saw myself rating this company and certainly not this low. I wasnt concern about the rating because I figured people would only review negative comments. But I was wrong.

Firstly I would like to say that the furniture seems to be of good quality, and I have received compliments on the pieces which I have..... but the customer service and especially the delivery service sucks!!! Firstly on delivery day, the guys dropped a piece of the entertainment center and broke it, and omitted to put an end table on the truck. Upon inspection of the furniture, found that one piece of the leather sectional had a scuff mark. Called customer service, and they said they will replace the sectional, and the tower from the entertainment center. Impressed so far. 2nd delivery... delivery guy called to say he would be here between 10 and 11pm (???!!!) Said not possible have young kids etc etc. 3rd delivery... they brought the wrong piece of the sectional to be replaced. Did not bring the missing end table and then demolished the complete entertainment center almost breaking by 42" lcd TV. 4th delivery scheduled for between 3-5pm. I called the driver at 6:15pm and he said that he was running late, and he has 2 other people to deliver to after the one he is at before he able to delivery mine. Will probably be here between 9-10pm (???!!!) Said needed to cancel, as we have a dinner appointment. I have put a call into the VP of operations and left a voicemail. I am still waiting on a response. So far.... I am missing the furniture in an undamaged state, and time off from work to get said furniture delivered. RUN AWAY... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.... THEIR DELIVERY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT MEET THE STANDARDS OF THEIR FURNIUTURE. Still waiting for my furniture after 1.5 months!

Purchased a sectional on 10/5/13, paid in full with delivery charge and maintenance plan. Delivery was scheduled for 11/2/13 because of the time required to get the product from the manufacturer. I was called a few days prior to be informed the delivery would be delayed until the next weekend. The following weekend I called again to get an update, still no sectional. At this point I started to become irritated with the wait time, so I asked the sales person if I may have some sort of credit, etc for having to wait so long, maybe a refund for the delivery. I was told she would talk to someone in senior management and have them call me back. That was 4 days ago. I was also promised my sectional would be in store on 11/20.13, for sure. They had called the warehouse to verify. As of today I am unable to reach Bel Furniture and have not been updated on the whereabouts of my sectional. If I do not hear back today I will be using all means available to get a full refund (report to CC company, BBB, social media, etc) and take my business elsewhere. I get that wait times are sometimes extended, and delays arise, but to not keep me informed and lie to me is unacceptable.

Location: Memorial City Sales Rep: Maral Overall Experience: Very Good This place has a good selection of furniture. Quality is great for the prices they offer. Their prices are very aggressive and cheaper than majority of the other store and the competitors. I see some people have complained about their customer service not being satisfactory when it comes to returns/exchanges/handling issues when items are out of stock. Their customer service might not be as good in keeping up the customer satisfaction level but in no ways they are a rip off. Again if we evaluate based on what we get for how much we pay at this site it is worth it I personally have great experience shopping here because of my sales rep Maral; she is very honest, helpful, and tries her best to provide you the best experience possible. She is the reason I always go back to this store, she is not greedy and not try to just sell or up sell you anything. She truly suggests whats best for the customer. Great job Maral Always! Thank you!

For God sake, never ever buy from BEL Furniture, especially from 10516 Katy Fwy location. Horrible to worst service, false promise & non-quality material. I had bought Entertainment system in 2013 and got a defective one, upon several phone calls got a replacement which is worse than the original one, so we have been living with that. Not learning a lesson, we bought couple of Beds & Mattress again this year on Black Friday, same old worst service. My delivery was never done until I had several phone calls, and then done with wrong items. Several calls, hours of waiting on phone call, even talks with Center Manager, but still right items are not yet delivered. They wont give anything writing, all false commitments on phone. I feel like its a big scandal. Couldt get hold of folks at even Corporate office to complain. Strange how theyre doing business for several years. I would never buy from BEL furniture again, nor recommend it for anybody!!!
