BEWARE!! Furniture looks great at a great price. SARA Collection Furniture is NOT a great quality. The furniture (sofa) will last about 6 month at regular use before u have an issue. Customer Service (when they answer) will tell you they will pick it up for repair, but chances are they never set the delivery after they give you a date. You will have several more issues, and although it is "still under warranty" the fix will be sloppy, they will procrastinate to get it fix. My furniture has been fixed several times and its still broke. The "extended warranty" will not cover A LOT of scenarios, so be careful what you tell them, and they will not cover unless the warranty is over. JENNIFER from customer service will rarely note your account when you call for service or request. She had told me twice a date of service. Only to find out after I get my days off from work that she didnt schedule the delivery or the "home service" to stitch the furniture. Stitching was done in a very sloppy manner by someone they sent (it got un-stitched in January, so lasted about 4 months). In SAMANTHA, Jennifers supervisor, seem to work with more ethic and respect. I believe shes the most qualified in customer care because she does get things done in a timely manner. This past January one of the legs base broke, leaving the sofa inclined to the side (mind you I rarely sit there since Im a flight attendant and Im not home a lot). She tried to perform an exchange of my discontinued, damaged, low quality furniture but her manager DID NOT authorized it, knowing the issues Ive had. Her name is SARA. Sara is extremely rude and will have no kind of compassion or manners. Samantha politely offered me to talk to her see if the lady would change her mind. By far, the worst customer service manager I have seen in my life. Not because she didnt exchange it, but the HORRIBLE ATTITUDE she had. She answered my call after 2 voicemail of 2 different days unanswered, questioning me why do I have to contact her and "Well, you get what you paid for..." Since Jan of 2017 Ive had to made a total of 33 calls between calling to have my furniture picked up and attempting to schedule the delivery of it, and get my ottoman fixed too. They came to pick up the sectional but they said the ottoman was not on the invoice. That was over 2 weeks ago. Now, they have agreed to pick it up when they deliver the section. Well see... BEL Furniture is the WORST furniture company. Im not exaggerating, you will not be happy. Theres a reason it is rated low. I never saw myself rating this company and certainly not this low. I wasnt concern about the rating because I figured people would only review negative comments. But I was wrong.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We purchased a 6 pc king bedroom set + extra nightstand from Lee (scumbag, lying salesman). Bel was our first stop and my wife loved the set because of the storage and it came with a free $325 chest, but we left to look at a few other places. We ended up back at Bel to buy the original set with the free chest. Scumbag salesman told us MULTIPLE TIMES throughout the sale that the set came with a free chest, we verified this with him COUNTLESS times because this was literally the only reason we came back for the set. So fast forward a week, the set is delivered without the chest. I call the store and speak to Jasmine(she is the only reasonable person I dealt with in all this, thank you for being you) and she quickly realizes the error and sets up delivery of the free chest for the following Thursday. 5 minutes later I get a call saying a mistake was made and I would have to buy the chest according to the store manager. I call Mr. Scumbag, he gets IRATE on the phone with me telling me he would have never told me it came with a free chest (multiple sets in their stores come with free chests) and hangs up on me. Go into store, the store manager literally says this to me: "This is not my problem, now you are going to make my old ass walk around this store to show you that the damn set does not come with the chest." At this point I asked them to come pick up the furniture and give me my money back, it absolutely blows my mind that all this happened over a $325 chest. But no, they are unable to do that I would have to bring it and pay a restocking fee. After waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes with my pregnant wife the store manager comes back and offers 15% with free delivery. So to recap, 1st mistake: Apparently this free chest was not part of the deal but they put the signage up and Mr. Scumbag sold us the set came with a free chest. 2nd mistake: They realized we were supposed to get the free chest and CORRECTED THE MISTAKE, only to call back and revert the correction. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. It was absolutely the WORST sales experience I have ever had, I wish I could give them negative stars...

i wish I could give them negative stars! Worst customer service, ever! I bought a full leather 7 piece sectional, one of their higher priced sets and they made me wait almost a week for delivery. When the driver called he only gave me a 15 minute notice that he would be at my house; I had just sat down at a restaurant with coworkers for lunch and was not at my office or near my car. Bel refused to reschedule for me or ask him to circle back around after his next delivery. The driver was lazy and refused to work with me, the customer service rep was very rude and flat out told me they would not come back today and could not give me a new date until tomorrow. The restaurant I was at was in the Bel parking lot so I walked over to their store and asked for a manager and spoke to the manager in person explaining my situation. She looked at me and told me she couldnt help me and they would decide rather they would charge me a second delivery fee since I was not available for the first delivery. I found my salesman and told him he could go tell them to cancel my order because they were not customer service oriented and I didnt appreciate them not working with me. I told the manager I didnt need it today if he cant make it back but I am asking if they can come some time this week, today is only Tuesday, that gives them 3 - 4 days to try to come back and she straight out told me they cant help me. Someone would call tomorrow and the soonest they had available is the following Tuesday. ANOTHER WEEK. I will most likely be cancelling my nearly $3,000 order and taking my business elsewhere. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE!

I bought leather sofa at this store . Remember, this is top grain leather. This is not a bonded leather sofa. I almost spent $2100 for top grain leather.I havent used it for even one year and sofa started peeling off. I asked the corporate office to replace the same piece of sofa. They said they do not have the same piece, instead offered me to re-select by giving lower credit than the actual price of sofa. I asked to give a complete credit for re-selection. Neither manager nor corporate office did not help me out in issuing full credit for re-selection. What I noticed at Bel furniture is that all furniture comes at affordable price but the quality is not that great. They do not even have good customer service, in case your furniture damages during your first year of use. They say it had manufacturers warranty. It does not make sense if the product damages in first year and BEL is not able to replace under manufacturers warranty.I even took insurance costing $180. Nothing came to my rescue when sofa got damaged. I am not going to shop at BEL again. Also, I would like to tell that they market about Guardian insurance. Please do not take this insurance. It is useless. They do not give or replace the furniture if it accidentally damaged. Also, if you want to cancel the guardian insurance you cannot cancel it and you cannot get refund.
