Fury sold me a recovered stolen car with out telling me. My husband and I purchased a 2016 Dodge Journey on Saturday, January 14. The salesman read us the Car Fax but did not disclose that the car had been stolen. We were told it had one previous owner with no accidents. When we got our loan rate from the business manager, we thought it was high considering our good credit, but didn’t ask questions assuming we would either get refinanced through our bank or it was the best rate we could get. When we called our lender later in the week we discovered that our rate was high because financing a car that has been stolen is a higher risk to the lender and that we cannot refinance the car. Now we are stuck paying a higher rate for the life of the loan. And we are stuck with this car until it is worthless because if we ever want to sell it, no one will be able to finance it. Fury sold us an unsellable car and lied to us. Honestly, if they would have disclosed this, we could have negotiated a lower price or some perks that would have helped pay for the added interest, but instead I feel scammed and trapped with this car. My husband went into the dealership to talk to the manager about what happened and they said they did not disclose it because it is irrelevant. Obviously it is relevant to our loan. If it was irrelevant, why would they hide it?

on 07/13/2015 Took my 2015 Jeep Rubicon with 16000 miles on it, in for a roof leak causing the inch of water on the drivers side floor board when it rained. I wanted to drop it off and get a loaner but the service rep informed me they dont give loaners for warranty repair unless it was bought at their dealership and it was a Chrysler rule that "they have been strictly enforcing". I called Chrysler and they told me that was incorrect. First lie. The service rep then told the Chrysler rep, while I was on hold, that it wasnt going to be a warranty repair due to a driving light switch, that is no where near the leak. That is lie two. Apparently this place is going to lie to both sides to avoid doing the repair. He literally blamed a roof leak on a driving light switch on my dash and denied he told me he wouldnt give a warranty repair loaner to the rep. This is a $45,000 Jeep, and they choose to lie to me and to Chrysler. to get out of the repair.

The service guys at this dealership are a bunch of clowns that cost me a lot of money and time. I had a disturbing clicking sound in my Jeep, so they put in a new front drive shaft for $546 which didnt fix the problem at all (plus I had to wait for a week for them to get the part in). Then they put in a new cv joint and that didnt fix it either. Then they put some used parts in my transfer case which seemed to fix the problem, but 1000 miles later I suddenly couldnt get it into any gear. Got it towed to a dealership in Arkansas who told me that the retainer clip inside the case had never been properly latched. Thanks a lot, Fury Jeep. Dont go there.

DO NOT GO HERE! Service department seems to have extremely little knowledge! I had heating issues with my Ram that was purchased less than 1 month ago, I took it into the service dept., where Dale and Ed just told me I had "nothing to worry about" and lied about the mechanics of the truck, avoid this dealership at all costs! I took it down to the Lake Elmo shop and they found a couple issues right away and were able to answer the questions I had. If your Ram needs service, go to Lake Elmo and talk to Jeff. If you bring your truck to the Stillwater location, it will not get fixed and dont expect to get any answers from anyone in the service dept.

My wife and I were looking for a new van in January. We found one at Fury in Stillwater. Ryan found us the perfect van. It had all the features we wanted and more, it was newer and lower miles than what we had been looking at. Although the price was higher than what we had planed on, they were able to get us better financing rates and terms than what we were able to get through our credit union. Our experience at Fury was great! Fury Stillwater is a great location for us, conveniently located. I have had my other vehicles serviced here as well. They have done great work for me and my wife!

Terrible service department. Advisor was a total idiot trying to upsell me on an oil change and saying they couldnt fix a WELL KNOWN ISSUE with my vehicle unless I could prove it to him. I guess the customer is always right doesnt apply anymore does it? On top of that he tried to tell me it might not be covered under warranty. MAYBE you should have told me that when I scheduled my appointment?? BEFORE I wasted an hour of my time driving to your money pit? I will not buy a dodge or jeep again after the experiences I have had with these local dealers. NOT worth it.

BE-AWARE SCAM DEALERSHIP - Received offer for the car, that i was selling for them to take it in. Price was good, when i was ready to give them the car they dropped it by almost 1500 and said car needs tires and other things (Tires were almost brand new) and car was in Excellent shape. Dale- General Manager and Gary Hanken - Sales Manager, wasted my time as i wasted almost 3 hours on it. DONT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, SELLER BE AWARE, DONT TRADE CARS THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

As a long time Fury customer, Their new location in Stillwater is awesome. Their service department is upfront and to the point. I went in for an oil change and they spotted a power steering leak. They said it wasnt bad and didnt need immediate attention, but to keep an eye on it and provided me with a quote to repair it. This is how all service departments should behave! The rest of the staff is pleasant, and very welcoming - even if youre just kicking tires waiting for service.

The new location is great, and Brad helped me pick the vehicle that I was most comfortable driving and felt comfortable purchasing. I did not feel rushed, persuaded, and was given great answers to all of my questions at the time. I would strongly recommend Fury Jeep Stillwater to friends and family looking for vehicles in the Jeep brand.

Leased our new 2015 Jeep Cherokee from Ryan Malloy and salesperson Ryan and couldnt have enjoyed the experience more! Great job with old fashioned values and a beautiful facility. Give them a shot you wont be disappointed.
