Terrible. I received a quote for everything that I wanted (refrigerator, oven, & microwave) in a timely manner, but it all went downhill from there. When I went in to pay, the salesmen on the floor were extremely slow and made it appear like they wanted nothing to do with me. Im assuming this was because it wasnt their sale. They failed to answer questions and I had to repeat simple things because they werent paying attention. I still purchased my appliances, and that turned out to be a mistake. I was told I would receive a phone call the day prior to delivery to give me a time when they would drop everything off. This never happened. I had to call them at 7:00 the night before delivery. Jack, who told me my appliances would be coming the next day, had to call me back 20 minutes later to do so. Right then I knew something was wrong. Jack also told me I would get a call before 10:00 the next morning to confirm a time, and if there was a problem call Tom the manager (again, this was a red flag). The call never happened the next day, and I ended up calling them again at 10:30 and talked with Tom. He said my appliances were on backorder, and I would not be getting them on that day. Needless to say, I had already planned my day around receiving my appliances. So, I told Tom to completely cancel my order. The experence with Grand employees was a joke, and Im now leaning towards Abt for my new appliances.

After a big box store let me down I was sent to Grand from from my Kitchen Designer. Within a few minutes of looking over my new dream kitchen design, Dean and I my wife put together a great functional appliance package. I felt right at home and trusted his recommendations. Personally Im glad there are stores around that still offer service and a great price. Delivery and Install did take some additional time but it was worth the extra hr to get it right.

Our sales guy didnt seem to know his dishwashers. He started out $400 over our price range without asking, and wound up in the end telling us wed need a special ADA dishwasher because our opening from floor to counter is .25 under 34 inches. Their website lists two of the many we looked at from Abt that fit our kitchen, including the one from Abt we had installed today. Grand has it for the same price, they just dont have the right guy in sales.

RUN shop anywhere else. I would go into details, but it would be long and boring, Ill spare you. The Short: Delivery Scheduling is poor, Delivery guys, rough on appliance. Dealing with any issue is VERY time consuming. I declined a $300 deduction in cost I was so annoyed.
