****AWFUL EXPERIENCE **** My bf and I purchased a sectional sofa in January of this year (2016) because we loved the chaise on it. It was delivered in March when it arrived the wedge section underneath was broke which my bf was able to fix then about a month or two later we noticed the chaise and wedge section were caving in. I called Kroheims and they wanted me to take pictures and email them to them (which I did the same day) I waited over a month for a phone call from them, NOTHING. So I then called the store spoke to Marian she stated let me check into this and then 2 weeks went by NOTHING still called Marian again and finally that next day their Service woman called. She was RUDE and they were not accommodating at all. NO SATURDAYS for service calls which finding out later on they DO have Saturdays appointments. I had to take off work for them to come out service guy wanted to basically half ass fix the problems and then proceeded to tell us their is no fixing these problems due too them having bands and not Springs and the more you sit in it the more they will sink in... Few weeks later the reclining part in the chaise broke, had their service guy come out again he had to order the part and he stated it would take a few days to come in, a month later nothing from Kroheims I call speak to Marian once again and low and behold the part was never ordered. They order it guy comes out about a week later and fixes it. Once the guy leave I notice my hardwood floor is scratched all up from him moving the chaise all around on the wood floor. My bf flops the chaise over and its missing a pad on the far left leg. Long story short call and spoke to Marian AGAIN raising hell about everything and asked if they could give me a recliner end to replace the chaise after chasing her back and forth for several weeks they finally came and got the chaise and delivered a recliner end today on NOVEMBER 12TH but not before Marian wanted me to pay a 106.00 delivery fee and then told me their would not be any refund back to me even though the chaise was 146.00 more then just a recliner piece. So needless to say Im still not done with these people yet. I am entitled to a refund plus some now due to all the aggravation and chasing I had too do and I sent these people two family members that each spend over $4,000 a piece on their furniture and then I bought a mattress from them. I WOULD NEVER SPEND ANOTHER PENNY IN THIS STORE OR RECOMMEND THEM....

This stores product and customer service is awful in every sense of the word. I had a bedroom set replaced in November which was originally delivered to me defective. This same bedroom set is now falling apart 3 months later even though its "brand new". The wood is separating and CRACKING on both the headboard and footboard. I contacted their new Avon location thinking I could get some help with this horrible product, and I have gotten nothing but the run around for the last 3 weeks. A service man finally called me today and asked me to send him pictures in an email?? so he can send it to the manufacturer (after another service person already saw the bed and said it was un-fixable and needs to be replaced). Then, he hung up on me mid-sentence when I asked him his name. As usual, customer service is always frustrating and lacking at best with this awful store. I contacted multiple managers about this issue and stated I HAVE HAD ENOUGH and would like my money back. I was told this is not a possibility and I would just have to keep the piece of garbage they sold me. NEVER buy anything from this store, theyre manipulating crooks who are only after your money and sell you defective products they refuse to fix. Take your money and valuable time somewhere else.

Upon deciding to make a sectional sofa purchase from Kronheims, I was told that I would receive my furniture within two to three weeks. Three weeks went by and no phone call regarding my purchase. So I called them to check my status, they had no answer for me other than them not knowing when my furniture would arrive, I kept getting different time-frame quotes. They finally called me today FIVE WEEKS LATER stating that purchase can get delivered tomorrow. At this point Im super excited. My boyfriends calls them to complain as to why it took way longer than they originally quoted....and they were very rude to him...he asked to speak to management and the MANAGER was asking him personal questions like his age and saying that my boyfriend sounded very immature. The customer service at this place is ridiculous. They are always rude and disrespectful. My bf told management that he was thinking about just cancelling our furniture order due to the amount of disrespect and lack of common decency, management said "ha, good luck with that!" WTF kind of business is this?

Terrible customer service. Picked out a whole living room set and went to check a few different stores to make sure it was the one we wanted. Found the exact same set for 100s less. Kronheims claims they will BEAT the price or its free. So we go back to kronheims and show them the other set for cheaper and they instantly got rude and acted like they wanted nothing to do with our business. We chose to have them "BEAT the price" because of their financing being 6 months longer than the other place. Well turns out they dont beat the price they match it and then you have to pay with cash or credit card and get no financing. You also get extremely rude sale reps who basically just want you to leave. Needless to say we didnt go with them. Instead we went to rooms today got the same EXACT nice couches for $500 cheaper plus delivery within the hour!!!! 6 months financing and very nice people. Will never shop at kronheims again.

My husband and I were so pleased with our experience at Kronheims. A lovely man who goes by "Uncle Lou" helped us find exactly the couch we were looking for. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention, we had to option to choose the fabric for the couch AND pillows - there is a huge selection to choose from! You get to customize your couch! How cool is that? At other furniture stores we would find a couch that might be the right size and firmness, but didnt come in the color we wanted. Or wed find the right color, but it was uncomfortable. At Kronheims you dont have to settle! Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Bought a kitchen table, after delivery and set up I noticed one the chairs had a considerable rock, after seeing one of the legs was shorter I called and asked for a replacement. A month later after playing phone tag because only one person in company can help with service calls, I had to go pick up 2 replacement legs and got to install them myself, and now none of the 4 front legs I have none are the same size. The manager of the brookpark store has that endearing used car salesman look and feel which is also a plus. :(

I gotta tell ya...loved shopping here at Kronheims. Never got pressure from the sale person, the ladies behind the desk were friendly and helpful. But the part I liked more than any of that...the delivery! I believe Larry and Sherman were our delivery and set up guys, they called when they were on there way, they arrived when they said they would and they did there jobs...not to mention there were good guys and we had a lot of laughs during the delivery!!! I am glad we shopped at Kronheims!!!
