TERRIBLE experience!!!!!! Ordered majority of my new home furniture from this store, and have had nothing but problems! Couch delivered with hole, took the steps of taking pictures and sending in to have replaced. Waited to hear back from Ashley regarding the claim, and never heard back. I had to call them in order to get the product taken care of. Couch piece was finally replaced. The dresser I ordered for my daughters room was too big, so I called to see about an exchange. I was told over the phone I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee, I was ok with that, it was my mistake. But once I got to the store to pick out something smaller, I was told I had to spend equal to, or more in order to exchange!! They should have told me on the phone, that I would have to spend as much as or more for a smaller piece of furniture to make the exchange! So in order to get a smaller dresser, I had to spend $200 EXTRA on something I didnt necessarily need to make the exchange!! I picked out 2 bar stools that were delivered scratched. I didnt bother returning or calling for damage. Within a week of having our new couch the back of one of the pieces broke in half!!!! CHEAP furniture!!!! Still in the process of having that taken care of!! Also, I ordered my sons bedroom set that they consider a "Special order." I received what we thought were all the pieces until we went to put the bed together. The headboard was missing the posts. I called Ashley to let them know they had forgotten to deliver the posts to which I was told, "No, the posts are an additional sku." So supposedly the salesman had sold a bedroom set without all of the required parts. They wanted to charge me for the posts, and I refused. I had spent over $1,200 on a bedroom set that I waited an extra amount of time to get, have had nothing but problems with the rest of the furniture, so I refuse to pay MORE for something that was NOT my fault!!! They agreed and said they would take care of the posts and they would be delivered in 3-4 weeks!!!! Got a call the morning of delivery that the part was damaged in the warehouse, and would have to wait until they could get another set, and they didnt know how long it would take. I asked how they knew it was damaged, they said they have to open all special delivery boxes. I told them that was funny, because the previous "Special delivery" boxes I had received were not opened. Finally, got another delivery date, received a call that morning that they would be delivered between 11 and 1. I received a call between those times that the product had been damaged on the truck!!!!!! I couldnt believe it, so I asked for them to please bring them anyway so I could see them, and supposedly they couldnt get a hold of the driver??? Then I was assured there was another set in the warehouse, and I could receive them the very next day. They put me on hold to call the Fort Myers office for an override to have them delivered, and they assured me it was set for delivery, (so that means not only the man on the phone claims they were in stock, so did the Fort Myers Store). So I cancelled my appointment for the next day so I could be home for delivery, and guess what, I got a call that the pieces WERE NOT IN STOCK!!!!!! So all together now Ive wasted approximately 20 hours and cancelled 2 appointments waiting on furniture that has not and will not be delivered!!!! We have told them we want a full refund and to come pick up the rest of the bedroom set!!! We will NEVER shop at Ashley and have highly recommended the same to all our friends and family!!!

The only positive experience weve had so far was the Sales Rep., Ashley K., was great! However, from there we experienced a lot of "customer NO service!!" 1. We were told the delivery dept. would call us between 3 and 4pm and let us know what time that day they would deliver the 2 of 3 pcs of furniture we ordered (why they cant manage inventory better is another story). The delivery dept. decided to just show up at our gate at 1:20pm for deliver and since we were not expecting that, we missed their call. Note: No brownie points given for showing up an hour and forty minutes earlier than a scheduled courtesy call that NEVER took place. 2. When we called "customer No service" and begged them to come back that day because we were heading back to Ohio the next day, we were told "there is no possible way that can happen". 3. Because of #1 and #2, we were forced to reschedule our delivery three weeks out to make sure that all three pcs of furniture were in and that someone would be home. Sure enough that day came and went with NO courtesy call and NO delivery. Amazing huh? 4. So I called the store to speak with Ashley K. and since she was not working, I spoke with Tony, her manager. It appears that "customer NO service" trickles down from the top because there was no compassion or help coming from Tony...he did try to persuade me that our delivery day was a different day though.(I not only have this on my calendar, but in a saved text to the person watching our home) I decided not to argue this, since all I really want is my furniture that I paid for to be delivered. So, I asked can you at least give me a window of time tomorrow, Tony said, "that is not up to me that is warehouse", any chance you can call the warehouse and find out for me? "Well, I can email them, but no promises". Really? I then asked, can you transfer me to Ashley K. voice mail? Tony said our system has a flaw and I cant do that...I said Amen! I thought, this store has bigger flaws and it starts with management!! They appear to have nice furniture at fair prices, but managers and customer service have not been taught that taking care of people matter more! If this was a small business it would be out of business fast!! Be Aware!!

We were looking to get new living room furniture. Sales girl was very helpful. They have to delivery within 9 days. However with being a teacher, missing a week day is hard. The sales woman promised that it wouldnt be a problem. Delivery day comes and there is no loveseat and no couch. Just tables. Okay so the first problem. Then there was a mix up about phone numbers. Okay small problem to fix. The delivery men show up and the boxed tables are upside down. The one delivery man is cursing threatening to punch the other man in the face. The tables were broken. The man then starts to tell me how much of a waste of time I am. I called customer service to cancel the whole order. Customer service cant deal with charges and cancelations. So I have to call the store back. I try to cancel the whole order. Get promised many many times that both the sofa and loveseat would be in at the same time so only the tables were cancelled. Day of delivery the delivery men call to tell that no its only the loveseat. This company has poor communication and will really try to tell you anything to keep your money. Would like to comment on the quality, but I dont have any product to comment on.
