I get so frustrated with the employees. There was a long line behind me and the woman ringing me up and the guy bagging we making HORRIBLE puns with my groceries. They would toss the items between each other or hold them up and make jokes. I only had about 25 or less things. When I finally told the guy I was in a hurry he had the audacity to say "we are just trying to have fun." Lets not stop to see a woman with a full cart of groceries and 2 little ones behind me. Just because you want to have fun. infuriating. To be honest, I have the most trouble with the checkout people. Ive had great success with several other employees in the meat, deli, and boxed grocery areas. Those people have been beyond helpful and I have told managers for their great service.

I regularly shop at his particular Kroger store because of how helpful the Customer Service desk has been. There were two incidents where I paid for an item but it wasnt in my cart when I got to my car. There are multiple registers at the Customer Service desk, so I only had to wait for maybe 2-3 minutes before being helped. The associate apologized that the item was misplaced, possibly left at the register and the next customer could have ended up with it. The associate called an employee to retrieve the item and I was on my way. Also, this store ALWAYS has anti-bacterial wipes available to their customers to wipe off the handle of the shopping carts.

I have been shopping at this Kroger for the past 17 yrs. I love them. I love that I can walk in and litterally feel welcomed there. Over all my rating in perfect. The only down side.... There have been quite a few items I would purchase weekly, and then one day... Poof, they no longer carry it. So I have to go to either a different location or an all together different store to purchase them. I would prefer to be able to get ALL the item at one store. But the customer service at the Heincke location are superb.

I love this Kroger. It is clean, the people are friendly, it is well stocked, and its convenient. Its like, right near the park and the church! One time I was at this church event and I pulled into the parking lot and was like, "OH SNAP" I needed to bring a dish and I forgot, so what did I do? Yep, I went to Kroger for a fruit tray and was back in 4 minutes. I like Krogers in general because they put the price per ounce or whatever on the price tags, but this Kroger is pretty top notch.

The store is nice overall but the Deli has some rude employees. I have witnessed the deli employees act disgusted with other customers as well as myself, I see this behavior every time I visit the deli. Management should make sure that customer facing employees are courteous to shoppers and make the customers their main focus. I understand that everyone has a bad day from time to time but when you are a customer facing employee you have to be able to hide that.

Smaller than the market place stores, so youll often find things out of stock or non-existent at this location. Store needs a serious remodel and expansion. The small carts are never inside the store. If you see one in the parking lot, take it in with you or youll be stuck with a giant cart in a small store. Go to Austin Landing, youll find what you need (usually). A big problem with Kroger stores lately is they run out of product too often.

Tom the manager took care of my issue and provided a gift card in an appropriate amount in order to relieve the cost of my time and gas. Because of Tom we will remain loyal customers. The customer service via the kroger website is useless ! there suggestions with regards to my issue were low ball and Frankly offensive ! Because of Toms ability to respect someones time and opinion I will encourage all to shop at Miamisburg Kroger as we do.

I dont like shopping at this store. The parking lot is on a slant so runaway carts can be a problem & make it difficult to put groceries in the car. I also find it very inconvenient if I need to get a rain check. They make you wait in the customer service line to get a rain check. If I have frozen food, especially ice cream, it is frustrating because that line usually moves very slow.

This is one of the worst Krogers i’ve ever visited. The parking lot is often littered with trash and the fire lane is contantly filled with parked cars making it a chore just to get parked. I find that it is often out of staples and when I enquired about them, I was told “Its the first of the month, we always run out of things around the first”. This store is often understaffed.

Last couple weeks when Krogers had Digital coupon ,I had no way of getting them, I asked the Young man suppose to be the manager at the service desk, he would not let me have the items I wanted without the coupon, it would have amounted counting grocery and all $100.00 dollars, I left and went to Wall Mart and spent.$100.00. Bad business, sine Kroger Stock is so low, I see why.

I like knowing where everything is. Sometimes stuff is out of stock depending on when you go. My biggest frustration is not having enough lanes open. It gets old. Im a person who has no problem using self checkouts, but I cant do that with a full cart. So many times I go in and there is only 1 lane open for anyone that has more than 15 items.

Great deals on organic and fresh fruit and veggies. The meat is extremely cheap and of good quality. You can get a Kroger card and use coupons for additional discounts and checkout is quick and easy. The employees I encountered and a great misdomener and were very friendly and polite. I look forward to shopping here more often.

I love this Kroger. Has everything you need and still carries a variety of goods. Kind workers. Open 24 hrs. Has a little clinic and pharmacy. Deli and salad bar. Fresh produce and meat. My father worked as a Krogers employee for almost 40 years. Needless to say Ive been in a lot of Krogers! This is a good one!

I associate Krogers with the 1970s, since thats when I first went to Kroger as a kid. Now I live in a place where there arent Krogers, so going to Kroger is very retro for me. This one is very nice, its modern, has everything I needed, not at all like the ones I remember as a kid.

Rude supervisor at customer service desk! Whining, full of complaints shes supposed to represent the store, but after the experience I had today I wont be back! Austin Landing will have my business, it looks nice and you never hear the employees complain about doing their job!

This is the kroger time forgot. Its depressing and the layout is cramped. They have an issue with their produce, its quality compared to other krogers in the area is pretty terrible. Ive called and told them this but nothing changes. I only go there when I absolutely have to.
