Save yourself a trip to this store by reading this review. This is the worst run store I have ever seen. Located on 1122 Powers Ferry Rd SE in Marietta, Georgia 30067 this store only operates during half of its business hours. Tonight was the 3rd time in the last 7 days that the store was closed for supposedly cleaning the floor. All you see is some half-assed, hand written sign taped to the front door stating that the store is closed. Over the last year we have seen this store closed around 45 times for one excuse after another. All circumlocutions aside, this store is horrible. Would rather go to Publix across the street; its more expensive, but at least they are open during store hours. Bottom line, dont waste your time.

Worst store ever!!! Store manager needs training now I know why they all are rude. To be honest I have shopped at this store a long time but its always a disaster shelves are always almost empty they offer sales and always are out of stock. Then the topper for me was sitting back and watching a store manager look at me like I was a liar. I bought a small pack of diapers and they were left somehow behind the store manager JB had literally wasted my time 3 days making me look crazy for the receipt and looking at days of video footage its the principle on a 17.00 item. Kroger Corporate really needs to go look in that place and see how in shambles it is. I am disgusted shopping that location anymore. Sorry for the long rant

I buy my groceries here every week. I have for almost 3 years. Today, I was told my checks are not welcome because they do not have an address. Manager comes over, writes my address on the check, acting like taking more of my time is a courtesy. I dont put my address on my checks because I choose not to. They have my full legal name which matches my ID and has an address on it. The cashier is then having problems with her machine. They tell me I have to go to customer service and wait. 10 people were in line and Ive got plans. I lost my groceries for the day, and Kroger has lost my business for life. Ill pay more over at Publix. They are more than happy to take my money in an efficient manner.

I have not had one bad experience at this Kroger. I got home one day and realized I left a bag in the cart with two times at the store and didnt have the receipt. They replaced the items without a hassle. The self checkout lines are fast and the workers are polite. In most cases, I am able to find what I need at the moment. Their sales are decent, the mobile and paper coupons are awesome, fuel points are a blessing, and the customer is always right.

Gives you everything you woul want from a grocery store. Shelves are always stocked, knowledgeable staff when asked for assistance, and open 24 hours. Staff is professonal but would be nice if they were more inviting. This would push them to a 4 star review. The kroger plus card and free friday deals gives you a little more of something to look forward to when shopping. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could.

I love the Kroger on Powers Ferry Rd in Marietta. The people in the store are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I have been shopping at this Kroger for about 15 years. The pharmacist,Richard, is the best pharmacist in GA. He will always take time to answer any questions about over the counter medicines and he will show you personally which ones are better and tell you why. ....

I worked at this kroger in 2014. It went alright at first, but i only ended up staying there for a month and a half because i got in trouble over stuff i wasnt even informed of until they fired me. So basically i was poorly trained, the manager is lazy, and the associates are lackluster and have a bad attitude. Glad i dont work there anymore.

Pretty nice employees, can always find what I want, but the store seems very dated and perhaps needing renovations. You can see a wide variety of different folks in the day, but late night shopping tends to bring out a few of the sketchier folks, so as in most places in Metro Atlanta these days, just be aware of your surroundings..

I bought an excellent phone but the mandatory iwireless is bogus. I paid for three gig of data for $75 and they said I uused it in less than a week. I only used one gig and have made numerous to the stupid call center to no avail. Its criminal and ridiculous...bad enough Cingular minutes wouldnt roll over for me new years 2001.

Front end is incredibly rude. No one will answer any questions or even help you. There have also been major race issues with this store against anyone who isnt African American. They are quick to pull the race card and disregard everything you say Do not waste your time or money here.

Love this Kroger, parking is never a problem and its easy in and easy out. Issues are with understaffing were accustomed to long lines here. That said they always have what we need and I consider this my neighborhood Kroger. There is a Red Box if you still use that, and a coinstar.

This particular Kroger has the worst customer service. The employees are rude and not helpful. I had to bag all of my own groceries while I had my 10 month old with me and there were 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Please take your business somewhere else!

Love the pharmacy. Very kind and helpful with anything you need. They make sure everything is in order with your insurance before releasing anything to you so you dont have to overpay for anything. As well as emergency bandages I needed when my stitches came undone.

Ya know, its just a grocery store. But, the staff is generally pleasant, its clean, has a good stock and better selection of produce than Public across the road, is a better value in general, and is open 24/7 - couldnt be happier that this is my local store.

This Kroger is the a grocery store not a supermart. As expected from a Krogers it is very clean and the staff is friendly. I have been there multiple times and their staff is always perky and happy to help. Which is hard considering how customer service is.

Bad service.. picked up two boxes of Mayfield ice cream marked at 2 for $6 and they showed up for $5 each so when i told the person who was at the self check out she told me that the sale doesnt start until 7am and the time of my purchase was 6:30am :/

Went in Kroger and decided that I wanted to write a review for them. Ever since Ive start shopping at this Kroger, my outlook on the company has changed! They are so friendly here! They speak and greet you no matter how busy or what they are doing!
